Rubbish app
I have to sign back in every few days and alot of the time it will not accept the password and a bunch of times it has taken a double payment out and it is so damn difficult to get that money put back in your account. The app is difficult to navigate and shows me stuff i don’t need to see. The old version was far better.

WHO CHANGED THE APP!
On top of the Internet Lagging or completely going ghost on us for weeks on end.
I cannot see the numbers I have linked on a Plan they use to all be listed in products along with the products I purchased but now are completely Gone like who’s idea was it to mess with this ?

Misunderstand about bill
Could it make one page that for paid bill with FULL RECEIPT? Also send it to email or phone. Is difficult to understand about the bill with NO FULL RECEIPT!

Thanks for putting up the line charges but first we would like a satisfactory service. We live at 6Takahe Drive ChCh and the phone service is terrible with continual cut outs during conversations it is about time Spark upgraded their service instead of continuing to raise prices
Pretty app, terrible functionality
This is one of those genuinely hateful corporate apps, that look fine and dandy on the surface but which don’t really work at a fundamental level. Avoid it if you can.
Good example: the app generates a security code that’s used when you call the Spark help desk. But the four-digit code is buried layers deep in the menu system in a completely unintuitive location … and then doesn’t work: the phone system persistently says it’s incorrect.
The app is riddled with these sorts of back end problems, like payments that don’t show up for days, requested plan changes that can’t be actioned, and much more. In fairness, most of these issues are probably due to Spark’s archaic back end systems, but it’s less than helpful having an app that pretends it can give you real time information when it plainly can’t.

Paying my bill
Almost impossible to find in the app. It should be there when you open or enquire.

TAKING MY MONEY THEN RUNNING
I just signed myself up for financing a phone, when the spark app logs me out, and refuses to log back in. Ok cool, I’ll just click forgot password, won’t do that because it’s a social account. BUT IT WONT LOG IN THROUGH MY GOOGLE SO NOW IM GONNA FOREVER OWE MONEY TO THESE GUYS. Not to mention every single time Ive called support the line hangs up on me because I can’t check my app for a verification code. I wonder why….

Useless
Completely rubbish app. Set up banking payment does not work set up auto top up does not work. Sends 8 texts 3 of the exact same ones dont waste your time with spark they are useless
Go with another carrier
Every thing I've tried to do with this provider I've had problems with. I can't add minutes and had problems making an account and have spent hours on hold and on the phone with no resolution.

Bad Wording
Said I was late on payment then when checked said on the app it’s fine and will be taken with next payment/direct debt. Then they go ahead and slap extra charges on when I was already prepared to pay, this app is definitely catered to create ambiguity around this and create more late charges/income for spark, I would not recommend this company or app until they ensure they can communicate correctly

Worst provider
All other providers you can use the app without data to be able to purchase more. How come i use 2gb in one day but when i was on a monthly plan i wouldnt use even close to 1gb a month you guys are a scam
slow and buggy
the spark app is a slow and buggy experience, with poor design that is very clunky to use
Balance of prepay?
Awesome I can easily see how much data is there but not the money balance. The data visibility is equally useless for me as we have a no data plan for a minor.
