I just signed myself up for financing a phone, when the spark app logs me out, and refuses to log back in. Ok cool, I’ll just click forgot password, won’t do that because it’s a social account. BUT IT WONT LOG IN THROUGH MY GOOGLE SO NOW IM GONNA FOREVER OWE MONEY TO THESE GUYS. Not to mention every single time Ive called support the line hangs up on me because I can’t check my app for a verification code. I wonder why….

Spark really need to fix this app it’s too difficult to navigate it is full of errors and this latest one doesn’t even open… wrong format !
Useless
Completely rubbish app. Set up banking payment does not work set up auto top up does not work. Sends 8 texts 3 of the exact same ones dont waste your time with spark they are useless
Go with another carrier
Every thing I've tried to do with this provider I've had problems with. I can't add minutes and had problems making an account and have spent hours on hold and on the phone with no resolution.

Having installed the new update I was unable to log in and stating different format. Contacted Spark, great help! YEAH RIGHT. AI Generated.
Good when it works and you don’t have to do anything on it
Bought add ons that have just not worked, not much in the way of customer support, frustrating to manage

Bad Wording
Said I was late on payment then when checked said on the app it’s fine and will be taken with next payment/direct debt. Then they go ahead and slap extra charges on when I was already prepared to pay, this app is definitely catered to create ambiguity around this and create more late charges/income for spark, I would not recommend this company or app until they ensure they can communicate correctly

Worst provider
All other providers you can use the app without data to be able to purchase more. How come i use 2gb in one day but when i was on a monthly plan i wouldnt use even close to 1gb a month you guys are a scam

the spark app is a slow and buggy experience, with poor design that is very clunky to use
Balance of prepay?
Awesome I can easily see how much data is there but not the money balance. The data visibility is equally useless for me as we have a no data plan for a minor.

Almost as worthless as the last version. I can only assume that Sparks app creators were the same children responsible for the scribble they call a logo

SPARK invoices
Why is it that SPARK do not give dates on their monthly invoices? And it’s impossible to find out from them What dates you are paying for. With their coverage even one day would be an awesome bonus.

Generally good but…
…I’m sick of managing multiple payment cards across dozens of apps so it needs ApplePay. Sign-in could be cleaner with Passcodes too.
