Always trouble
Never works right unless I pay for the service, which they already take a percentage on the charge why should i then also pay a subscription just so it works properly. Corporate greed at its best
Rate changes significantly raised
I used to pay $20 per month for the services I needed. They automatically force me to swich over to a service that’s $100 per month with a bunch of additional services that I dont even need. If you only need to send invoices and book keeping there’s plenty of other services you can use! Shop around

Transformed Our Business
Utilizing the services provided by Square has really opened our eyes onto how a successful business is run over the last five years. We’ve ran multiple LLCs through the system. Any major issues were resolved promptly. Definitely recommend.
Almost there
Very hard to edit payments if you input the wrong info
App sent an automatic payment to my old bank even though i wasn’t enrolled in automatic deposits.
Lost money because of this app. and they have no support, if you like losing hundreds to thousands of dollars and raking with lawyers then this is the place to go.
Schedule
I only wish it will had a schedule send option with hours of the day and not only day schedule

Fees Are Extremely Unreasonable
A client paid a $1000 invoice and it cost approximately $100 in fees to simply receive the payment And transfer it to another account. Criminals
Absolutely horrible support
Had to move to a different invoice program after square repeatedly lied and refused to take accountability and then tried to default the account after we refunded the customer, they then went past the maximum 7 days to process said refund, it was not until I showed literal evidence within the app that they admitted fault and still took no accountability. had we not had a good relationship with this customer, we could have had our business reputation tarnished. Do not use square.
