Broken
The app signed me out because of “security concerns” and doesn’t let you sign back in. Had my account reverified multiple times but still doesn’t let me sign back in. Front office tried to help and still doesn’t work. There is no web access so I can’t make changes to my AC which is costing me extra high electricity bills. So this free app isn’t free at all, especially when it comes to aggravation and annoyance of having to rely on this garbage!

Unreliable garbage
Completely unreliable app that will screw you over if you ever need it to work
Outdated no widget no shortcuts
Stratis interface still mentions the widget, but their app is so outdated that after Apple did a change on iOS 18 it no longer works. And, unlike modern apps and systems like butterfly, no Siri Shortcuts available. I wish my property would abandon it and migrate to butterfly.

Instead of freaking out about losing the keys that unlock your own home, you then remember that there’s an app on your phone that can literally do the same exact thing… priceless

The app works intermittently and takes 5-10 seconds to load Bluetooth signals.

I love all the services that the app offers , it’s awesome to be able to open my apartment and all doors just with the app 🤩

Please don’t rely on this , it’s very slow, doesn’t connect all the time and really needs work.
Extremely Slow to Connect
This app and system has been super frustrating. It takes typically 2 minutes for my app to connect to my door. Sometimes I have to refresh the app multiple times before my lock will show up. This system is used by my apartment complex and I have begged them to change it.

Overall it’s been almost flawless for such a big operation with many doors and people
Decent app, needs work
There are plenty of conveniences with this app. However, I think we can do better from a UI/UX design especially in 2026. For examples, STRATIS claims to expose widget support but this is not the case.

App fails to connect to Honeywell T6 device. Furthermore, App doesn’t alert it is not connected. It is very difficult if not impossible to contact support.

It works for basic amenities like entrance doors. Does not work for my apt door.
Widgets do not work, terrible ux
Was never able to get widgets to work no matter what I tried. The app does not appear in the list of widgets at all. The UX is ridiculous. When you swipe right to open a lock in 50% of cases you open side menu. The app fails to load apartment key in most cases or takes 5 minutes to load it.
It’s not working properly
The app barely works and I takes forever to open the doors.
Behind the times
This app is a serious struggle for everyone in our building. It’s very slow and the refresh rate makes you always click something other than what your are trying to access.
Guest access is pretty good so want to highlight a positive piece.
