Wait to slow to unlock
Muso
It’s easy to unlock the door, but there is no command to lock it. I found it difficult to lock and harder to feel confident it was locked.
At Turtle Creek Apartments Tim and Reggie showed us how to use this app. It actually helped us in the long run with going in and out of our home.
Terrible app
Not the fastest and will only allow a visitor two weeks access at a time.
This app is so slow to connect with devices within a foot of the phone, it renders the app absolutely useless
Need to allow unit access while being out of range and unit access to selected guests for a specific time period. Also never works when within range
You have to have WiFi to use the app which doesn’t make sense as you are likely not to have WiFi on elevators
Too many issues giving guests access (would love to renew with a click of a button, give access to apartment remotely, etc). Also takes a long time to connect when standing right next to the door
Like everything else, there’s always a learning curve. Each app reflects usually more the developer’s mind than the user’s needs. This app is no exception. But once you start understanding it, you find that you can do the tasks it was made for. Now I am using it more and am in general satisfied.
The app is great and convenient but sometimes it takes more than 30 seconds to connect to and unlock a door. If I was being chased, I would definitely get caught.
Locked out of my apartment because the app does not work. App kept crashing and saying I need to agree to new terms. Even when it did work it would take awhile to load and can be difficult to find the names of different locks.
After the app updated recently, it averages about 8 seconds before it crashes and relaunches. Fundamentally has barred me from using any of the smart features in my apartment
ALWAYS quits unexpectedly.
it doesn't work a lot of the time. sometimes it doesn't think i'm close enough to unlock the door when im right outside the door. thermostat disconnects A LOT.
Takes too long to load and connect to devices, such as front door.
This app consistently logs me out, takes forever, and always reminds me how much better physical keys are.
Ok if you forget your keys. But you have to be right at the door, and sometimes it still says it doesn’t recognize a lock and can take a few minutes before allowing you to unlock your door.
No widget is the stupidest thing ever, also takes so long to connect to the lock
