Very slow to connect
The app is very slow to connect and unlock the doors, and you have to stand very close to the door for it to work. I hope future updates improve the connection and make it work reliably on more doors throughout the building. The gym and swimming pool are especially important because they are the areas my kids use the most. If the app doesn’t reliably open those doors, it makes the app very difficult to use.

A nightmare
I’m on day two of living here at Clara and the key fob doesn’t work so I decided to use the app and it also does not work just now at my next-door neighbor and she says the same 😩

I keep getting locked out of my own apartment because this stupid app won’t connect to the door’s lock. This is not a problem with the phone, I use the Bluetooth features all the time. Sometimes it works and I can unlock the door, but a lot of times I am just either left out of my apartment or I can’t lock the apartment when I leave.

Bad Technology, Inconvenient Usage
Uses bluetooth instead of NFC making connecting to the lock take longer. No homescreen or lockscreen widget. Bulky UI if all I want is to unlock my door
Bad design and response time
It takes at least 60sec (if you are lucky) to detect a door/s near by and have to refresh the screen multiple times. I have used other similar apps which are very prompt

Has never worked with my apartment door lock in my facility. Building entry response is often sooty.
Decent, but buggy and could use more features.
I’ve had a few similar apps for apartments and this one is ok. Logging in can be buggy for guests.
A big missing feature is the ability to connect to Siri to open gate, or anything automatically based on proximity (at least a push notification when you’re near asking you to login).

The app works well enough. Slow at times. If I share the app though, to my dogsitter, cleaners, etc., it won't give them access to the app and my apartment unless I delete the app off my phone. Would be so much more efficient to be able to give access with app to at least one other person.

Very frustrating and not easy to use. Most of the time, I have issues with the locks. Some locks won’t open at all, and with others I have to try two or three times before they work. An app used for building access should be simple, reliable, and work the first time. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. It definitely needs improvement.

Really exceptional! Just a few issues
This app is QUICK to connect to whatever you need to unlock. The only thing that is inconvenient is that you (as a visitor) can get randomly signed out without warning. If you live with someone else (the owner) and need to go somewhere fast, it’s incredibly difficult if your exit requires you to unlock a gate, door, etc. Other than that, really classy display!

Worst App Every
The widgets don’t work, despite reviews in here from 2022 the developers replied to. Their documentation is outdated and wrong. You can’t submit tickets to have issues fixed. This app is bad.
