Très déçus de notre expérience avec Sunwing. Notre transfert privé est arrivé en retard en raison d’une erreur d’affectation reconnue par Sunwing. À l’aéroport, plusieurs vols étaient regroupés dans la même file, créant une congestion importante. Malgré notre arrivée dans un délai raisonnable, la confirmation d’un agent que nous étions dans la bonne file et nos démarches pour signaler que notre vol partait bientôt, nous avons manqué notre vol et avons dû acheter un nouveau billet pour rentrer au Canada. Le plus décevant est que Sunwing reconnaît plusieurs des faits, mais refuse toute responsabilité. Heureusement, notre assurance voyage a pris en charge une grande partie des frais. Une expérience très frustrante et un service après-vente décevant.

Disappointed
I did not receive a QR code for my transfer to resort. It cost me $160.00 for a taxi. I put in a complaint with my rep at resort and have heard no reply.

Going through Sunwing - Great service, great communication, easy to follow guidelines. Over all everything was organized and ready for you with asap chat agent responses! Rate 100% 👍🏼Love the split payment options!
Non-functional
No support for bookings- constant errors. But the part where you can purchase more works just fine….

Ripped off
I paid for extra leg room because I have knee replacements. On the return flight, I was in the same seat number, but no extra leg room. I was very uncomfortable the entire flight. I demand a refund.

Excellent Service
Our first time booking an all inclusive and decided to go with Sunwing Vacations. We stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and it was one of the best trips I’ve had. The app was always up to date and everything was perfect. Transportation all arranged and were right on schedule. So easy to find the reps at the transportation area.
I had to call them while I. Mexico and they answered quick and were able to help with some questions. Definitely will be going with them again.

Longue attente
Cela fait plus d’une heure que nous sommes en attente dans l’avion. Nous avons atterri et devons attendre un autobus.. c’est inacceptable. De plus, avant notre départ pour la Jamaïque, il y avait aussi une très longue attente de 2h environs pour pouvoir déposer nos valises. Très mauvaise expérience avec WestJet.

Great Trip
I have been booking with sunwings for years, and have never been disappointed.
Need better flight times
For our flight out we had to be at the airport at 3:15am!!! And we live 2 1/2 hrs from airport . On our return we had transportation from the RIU picking us up at 4;45am!!!! We arrived in Toronto and had our luggage by 4:00pm!!! RUSH Hour Traffic… so bad.

Great flight to Jamaica on West Jet not so much on the way back with Sunwing
We had a great flight to Jamaica lots of leg room on West Jet. It was very disappointing on the way home when we had a Sunwing plane with no leg room.
