Poor experience

The application doesn’t have essential features available, if I want to reset the password. I need Dabit card, but you can view the Dabit card details in the app.A lot of the essential features missing in the app.

If the customer has to visit branch even for little things as changing the internet banking password then why even have an app. Please fix the app.
