Poor quality
App is always showing there is technical error, not sure why BOI QA team is not encountered this critical issue
I'm facing this issue from last two months and I'm checking every day to app store that is there any new release
Because as User it is very frustrating and main thing I'm QA so and quality is my 1st priority so very disappointed to BOI Team, BOI developers and BOI QA team

Poor Application as 2026 standard
Very poor experience with application and not satisfied. Application is not loading and getting "close the application " message every time. No update available to check. When I go to support application it is also giving error that page can not found. Then try to chat with boat BOI seva it is also giving same error. Means they don't want to solve or listen to your query. Giving 1 star wants to give 0 but it's not an option. I don't know how this have3.7 star on App Store.

It got everything you expect a mobile banking to do

I had a very disappointing experience with Bank of India. The customer service is slow and often unhelpful, with staff showing little urgency in resolving issues. Basic banking processes take far longer than they should, and there seems to be a lack of coordination between departments. Online banking services are also not very user-friendly and frequently cause inconvenience. Overall, the experience feels outdated and frustrating compared to other banks. I would not recommend Bank of India if you’re looking for efficient and reliable service
