Transactions timestamp bug
There is a timezone rendering bug in this app that causes all transaction timestamps to display roughly 1 hour and 54 mins behind actual IST. This is surely a platform-wide app bug affecting iPhone users rather than an isolated account issue; even with iPhone device settings correctly configured to automatic time and the India region, the app systematically fails to map backend server data to local time. The bank's mobile dev team needs hopefully can fix this “db to device” sync glitch so that account histories display accurate payment time.

Totally Useless
App has never worked, always showing a technical error with no information and no resolution. BoI technical team seems to be totally disinterested in looking at this problem, let alone fixing it the way a quality bank would. So fed up with these guys! Total disgrace!
Mobile app sucks
You create a mpin then Face ID secures it - it forgets credentials then you reset the mpin and Face ID won’t update it so it will unfortunately block you account after 3 tries
Bug in Statement Generation Range
There is a significant functional issue on the statement generation page. While the prescribed limit is explicitly shown as 3 years, the system is completely unable to process or generate any statement spanning more than a 1-year period. This limitation causes a lot of inconvenience when trying to access older financial records. Kindly investigate this backend issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Poor quality
App is always showing there is technical error, not sure why BOI QA team is not encountered this critical issue
I'm facing this issue from last two months and I'm checking every day to app store that is there any new release
Because as User it is very frustrating and main thing I'm QA so and quality is my 1st priority so very disappointed to BOI Team, BOI developers and BOI QA team
