Trying to Cancel But Can’t

Im paying for membership there seems to be zero customer service they still charge and they think in order to use i will keep repaying for nothing. Buyer beware. Company is rip iff

Body moves

A good way to move different body parts. Yes I can feel my different parts moving and causing some minor aches and pains but in a good way. I know I am making progress!!! And that is making me happy I started Tai Chi!!!

Great for Seniors or Beginners

This app is perfect for anyone who needs a nice and easy exercise that will bring the results you’re wanting! While doing it is seems so easy but the results is amazing! Do it the best you can even if it’s not perfect you’ll see results!

Learning curve

First time and unsure how to do. Did initial directions and then saw to start. I worked longer during first part and watched the voiced session. I now know the sequence and will do better tomorrow
