Late, dirty and slow
I am usually pretty satisfied with this service but today caused me real problems. I pre-ordered my taxi as I needed to be somewhere on time. The taxi showed up 10 mins late after taking a detour. When questioned why he hadn’t taken the direct route, the driver advised that it was due to a lot of traffic on that route. I advised him I was now in quite a rush. He proceeded to take the route that he had just told me had a lot of traffic! Making me even later. The driver was unapologetic and the car was dirty. Will pay more for a different company next time. What a shame

Good but could be better
Does what it says on the tin, you can book a taxi asap or in advance, see the cars on the map before booking, save card details and addresses. Only downfalls I’ve noticed are you can’t seem to actually track your driver, it just says “dispatched, your driver is on their way!” and then they turn up some time after that, and the automated email receipts you would usually get from other taxi apps seem to be broken as if the data they would normally pull from has been deleted.
