Best for long distances!
Our home is 60 miles from Lisbon, and usually we take Rede-expressos buses to the airport. However, occasionally the timing doesn’t work, or we have too much baggage. That’s when the only logical solution is Transfeero.
1. It costs the same as an overnight hotel in Lisbon, but we get to sleep in our own bed that night.
2. They schedule according to your flight, so if it’s delayed, they adjust the pickup time automatically.
3. You can add a buffer to the flight ETA (super handy when flying into LIS, because it can take an hour to get from your airplane, pick up luggage, and go through customs). So for EU flights, I add 30 minutes. For international, 1 hour.
4. After that buffer, they give you 1 hour of wait time (also at train stations, I believe, but not elsewhere).
5. They let you choose from 5 options, so if we have minimal bags we choose economy, but if we’re heavily laden, we choose the Van. They also have first class, etc., which we are too cheap to use.
6. I trust them! When we first moved to Portugal, they were there for us (and our 7 pieces of luggage). No issues at pickup; he waited right outside arrivals and helped us to his van. He was polite, helpful, and chatted at our level of comfort (very important on a 70+ minute drive!). That was 3 years ago, and we’ve used them ever since.
7. The app is easy to use. Uncluttered and simple, but has everything we need.

Easy to Use
I’ve been to different countries in Europe from Canada. Each time I’ve found Transfeero a reliable Transfer service to and from the airport.
difficult customer service
support is difficult. mostly ai and when they send you to a human all they do is submit requests on your behalf, they aren’t able to do anything.
