No notifications
The app is simple to use right from the get go and only problems I’ve had is logging in on a new device where asks for user name and password and 3 letters from a memorable name or password which then sends a text to my fone to verify details to tell me wrong details and can’t remember the memorable part and goes round in circles even after clicking link sent to number on account and the nxt issue is I do t get notifications wen money gets deposited into account or with any withdrawals unless a new transaction which then asks to verify the transaction which is annoying not getting told wen money goes in or out and wud appreciate it if possible to address the notifications issue but apart from that it is a easy to use app

It would be great if we could see upcoming payments and the total it amounts to like you can on the Halifax app. You can also edit dates to see what’s going to come out of your account on certain dates like pay days.
