Fed up with this app
This has happened twice now and I’m not happy. I have gone to access my bank balance to check I’ve been paid correctly and my app says “No accounts to view” and “You don’t have any accounts that can be accessed via mobile banking”. Baring in mind you’ve closed all my local branches down to become digital.
I am sick of this happening. Last time I had to call up and it took ages to get sorted and in the end I had to reset my account and change all my details when I shouldn’t have to do that.
Just to add, I’m 21 years old and know my way around technology and it still felt like a pain sorting this issue out over the phone so imagine how elderly members feel if they have this issue or how frightened they might be if it says they have no accounts to view and think they’ve been hacked.

The app works very well. However, I can rarely use my card as it keeps getting blocked. I am too old to be messing around with calling customer service. Thank you

Brilliant! Never had any issues, have been able to sort any enquiries through the chat feature, removing the necessity to ring a call centre!

Very easy to use and user friendly. Highly detailed. What would be nice as a suggestion for the next update is to have the option to opt in or out for the 5 year statements. Overall great app to use.

It’s been great being with TSB since 2013 and their services are superb. The online banking app seems to be the best banking app so far for me. Thanks team TSB
