Been with the bank since I was 18 years old and now I am 65 years old. My phone was stolen on 4th June and I told them just in case. I have never been able to access my account since. They have sent me four cards which all work for one day and then decline my ability to get my money out of my own account.

I complained 5 times all to their complaints people. Not 1 of them actually reported it as a complaint! Fabulous!

Well done dreadful TSB who sent a very ill disabled person into hospital.

I am closing the account once I can actually get my money out and am reporting them to the ombudsman today. Don’t touch this bank if you want to access your own money.

I find it really easy useful.
Everything you need is right there and the customer service is excellent. The app has a lot more to offer than most bank apps I’ve used.

They close your account out of no where and put a fake marker on your name even u gave them all information requested

Always had first class service when ever I have had to use the app or had to phone them, the app is so easy to use and never had a problem getting in contact with the bank.

Blocked card

Blocked my card called waiting 15 mins decided to used app chat and got nowhere in fact worse said I’d get a call ?
Answered the questions and was told to freeze card when I recognised all payments very frustrating chat and response
still not resolved
