Amazing Machines & Outstanding customer service
Everything was perfect! The machines were always clean and worked great. On one occasion, my machine had an issue, but the customer service team responded immediately and fixed it right away.

I’m convinced there’s only one guy in the city doing laundry. I haven’t even been able to use Tumble in months because they never have anyone available. I looked today and this week they’re only working 9-2, Tuesday to Friday. If I was home all day I wouldn’t need to send my laundry out. It was a great concept though!

The machines don't stay online. Technicians do not help or reimburse for machine failures. Untrustworthy and unreliable
Machines break often and customer support doesn’t help
Machine has broken many times and is out of service. Recently broke mid cycle and made my clothes sopping wet and dirty with muddy water. Customer service won’t refund me for all the subsuquent dryer cycles I needed. They have a time like on when you can get refunded too, so if you report out of service cycles after a month or so.c you can’t get refunded. Super annoying and bad customer service

The machines flooded and they refused to refund me , this happens often too so it’s more than once
The worst laundry app
I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes and this is the worst. It has a bug where it takes around 10 minutes before it lets you use a finished machine again. Their washers leave my clothes soaking and the dryers take a couple hours to actually dry. This is unanimous throughout our apartment complex. They also cost more than all other apps. Truly horrible.

Tumble has been a total lifesaver in SF! Super easy app, quick scheduling, pickup in ~30 mins, and my laundry back perfectly washed, dried & folded in under 4 hours.
Drivers are reliable, clothes come back smelling amazing, and it’s way cheaper than the time/stress of doing it myself. Best laundry delivery in the city, highly recommend!

I know I don’t get to talk to them on the phone or anything, but they’ve been really helpful when I come across an issue. They’re always polite.
Responsive to an Unresponsive Dryer
The AI agent was prompt with a reply and tumble quickly rebooted the dryers so my issue could be resolved!

Rarely works
This is the worst laundry system I’ve ever encountered. The machines rarely works, payments and machines fail to synch, the machines eat money, the tech support isn’t available.

Their minimum deposit is $10 but pay range will let you deposit as low as $1 dollar. It is extremely inconvenient for the minimum to be so high. The minimum deposit should be $1 dollar.

Worst service
When Tumble causes an error in your wallet or the machines don’t work you have to message them to try and get your money back. Mark is rude and useless.
