App doesn’t seem user friendly, had trouble using the self check in and it was taking forever. Definitely needs work

I signed in to change my reservation every time I go to edit it asks me to sign in when I’m already logged in
Useless waste of time
I was told to install the app to save time in line. I did and had to give the exact sane same info all over again to the associate. The contact function lets you add a callback number which I guess lets you bypass the hold time of calling customer support (which just puts you in an endless loop) but when they call back guess what you’re on hold. ????? Then there’s the issue of needing a 2fa code texted to you every time you open the app. Eventually that wasn’t enough and I had to enter my name phone and email, which I did multiple times, each time crashing the app. It ended up being impossible to communicate with anyone from U-haul.

This app is absolute garbage, the people at u-haul tell you to use it and none of the pages even load

These guys are awesome they made it possible for me to completely empty my storages spaces saving me hundreds per each month
