App is not working from long days

I’m unable to open the app from log days trying to check the status of my account but when I click on the app nothing will come in screen it will drag me back
I have invested high amount in this platform and it is not letting me see the status of my money only such a terrible service It is.
You can invest you money in this to take extra tension in your life.

Error not transferring the fund

The app has some tech issue it’s not showing the correct balance even on the passbook. Also the NEFT for some payee as not working it’s says tech problem try after some time pop up showing. It’s really disturb the business transaction plz fix this asap.

Application is difficult to use and some of options are not easily available, too much of service issue we are facing , even customers are complaining about the issue, one of customer for booking Fd tried to open in application, it was issue with application so they have booked with other bank, kindly do fix problems of application

The user interface is very interesting and not too complicated to understand and will all the existing app services are more easier to use and the new upcoming service are good To look forward to make every services such as upi and bank transfer into one application which will bring more ease of mind to me to not have my phone cluttered too many bank and upi apps ..
