Worst company Ever
DO NOT BUY. It’s not a one time purchase. They refuse to stop shipping you items and they keep charging your card. I’ve contacted them many times and they refuse to cancel my subscription and now I have to go to my bank just for this company. Very frustrating!!
Nutrition
Some of the food recommended typically spikes my blood sugar and I’m wondering why would such high glucose fruits be in my bucket. I’m really to buy the vitamins but not until your nutritionists have a chat with me.

Gives super vague results none specific, no data, lists food I should avoid that I don’t even eat or have in my diet. Not good at all

I want to buy something on the app, but there is no shopping cart and i have to go back to my purchase by adding a test, i dont want 2 tests, or 3 tests. There is no way to remove items from my cart, so i cant make a purchase.. very frustrating buying experience!

Hoax
I would honestly spend the money that I spent on this test by going to a functional natural path Doctor to help me figure out the best food choices how to heal my gut. The results are confusing, and it seems like recommendations are based upon certain information that I put in the questionnaire, such as having Sjogren’s disease which is an inflammation disease. I wonder if I didn’t put it in there with my results, or what my food recommendations would be. I wouldn’t waste my money.

No methylation considerations in formula
I got the formulated vitamins after the test. Probiotics are great but the vitamins destroyed my sleep. After taking the ingredient and running through my mtfhr and comt genes i realized the biome don’t test that and the formula does not considers the mutations, it started running my mind and my sleep was destroyed l, it was rubbing my mind all night. I stopped the vitamins and after 3rd day my sleep was back to normal. Unfortunately I will have to cancel it. The concept is great but they are not there yet without considering people’s gene mutation this is a useless formula.

I’m impressed by the amount of information including detailed results, clinical notes, videos, research links, etc. Suggestion: Comment box in the questionnaire is necessary for better response in some of the questions. Great interaction with customer support with quick feedback when I called them. I ordered the supplements suggested, will update in the future.

Received all the indicators back. For someone with bad IBS it gave me nothing to action. Said everything was fine
App is useless. AI generated “insights” aka AI slop, and it’s a ploy to sell you supplements.
This is a scam. They don’t give you your test results, and then recommend supplements that they sell to “fix” you. Also, they recommended food to me that I was allergic to (with blood tests from my doctor to prove it!). When I contacted customer service, they told me that I should have “reported it to them” in the onboarding quiz so they wouldn’t recommend food I was allergic to…which shows their tests are inaccurate. They don’t provide you any of the raw data from your tests, nor show you their analysis, despite my asking multiple times. On top of that, what you get in your dashboard is a bunch of AI generated insights, lists of foods, and supplements to buy for them to “fix” all your issues. How convenient that they sell the supplements for problems they diagnose you with, but don’t show you any results of your tests….DO NOT BUY VIOME, this is a total scam and you are better off using something like Function Health that gives you your results, or going to your doctor! Beware!
