Horrible app
I’ve tried so many times to put my information to retrieve my boarding pass and the app freezes before I can put any of my information. Very frustrating.

Glitchy
Even after your update 20 hours ago both your website AND the app still freeze on the profile page when filling in the data for the country code for the telephone number contact. It stops everything!

A Failure
The Volotea app fails at the most basic and important operation: your boarding pass. The app does not allow to save boarding passes to a digital wallet. You must use the app. When I went to retrieve my passes on a recent flight, the app worked except the boarding pass images never appeared. Useless. A terrible flaw. Do better.

Très bonne compagnie au niveau commercial
Nous avions eu un gros retard sur un vol et avons été remboursé pour mon mari et pour moi, j’ai choisi un avoir sur un prochain vol… après pas mal de galère pour y arriver, j’ai essayé tout simplement avec mon téléphone et ça a fonctionné. Merci à Bolotea pour votre service commercial très au point. Un seul bémol : vous êtes très difficile à contacter…

Zeer slechte website
Prijzen lijken ok, hoewel je goed moet uitkijken wanneer je klikt. Soms kost een gekozen stoel 20€, soms maar 8€. Negen van de 10 keer blijft je hangen op een pagina en moet je alles opnieuw ingeven of werkt het gewoon niet. Prijs ok, website niet!

Очень неудобное и нелогичное приложение. Нормально в бронирование зайти невозможно, только зарегистрироваться на рейс.
Fallos en la app
En el aeropuerto chek in hecho hace dias y sin tarjeta de embarque porque no me sale en la app…. Sale que tengo una (1) pero no sale el qr ni la tarjeta en si.
Terrible aplicación
Se queda colgada constantemente. Te saca de la app. El descuento de 15 euros es imposible de conseguir. Te descargas la app para lograrlo, pero luego todo son problemas por lo que acabas volviendo a la web.
Worst Aircompany App I’ve ever seen
Everything works bad. Today it collapsed when I had already paid. They returned my money back and I had to pay more for the same ticket just 10’ later. Horrible, as usual
Useful but sloooow
Good app but unfortunately very slow to load at each click. Performance could be improved as well as the raso es to access the waller to retrieve a boarding pass .

Bonjour , je suis client megavolotea, depuis hier je ne peux plus ouvrir votre application probablement par que mon téléphone est trop vieux ( iPhone 6s iOS 15.8.7)
Impossible de trouver une application antérieure à télécharger.
Je suis obligé de passer par votre site qui est beaucoup plus compliqué…

Me obligan a contratar la suscripción megavolotea,pagando más por ello que por el vuelo en sí

los billetes en formato passbook salen a una hora incorrecta
Problemas proceso pago
Acabo realizar una compra y durante el proceso de pago se ha quedado bloqueada la aplicación imposibilitándome el pago y al volver a entrar, me ha subido el precio 24€. Entiendo que según cupos hay unos precios u otros pero por problemas en la app que se quede bloqueada me suponga ese sobre coste me parece un problema

Bad experience. The worst airline app
I've been trying to buy this ticket for a whole week. During that time, the price doubled, but I couldn't buy it either through the app or the website—an error popped up at the baggage checkpoint. Today, I successfully completed the baggage checkpoint, but I couldn't pay with my card; the website said it wasn't valid for the Volotea Mega Subscription. Even when I selected the more expensive ticket option without the subscription, I got the same subscription error. I was only able to pay via Bizum.
