Huge improvements, loving the new update!
I also love that I can now track my heart rate using my AirPods Pro 3 without needing an Apple Watch. The settings are much more intuitive, zone training is easier to understand, and I can finally switch the app to Chinese!
You can really tell how much work has gone into this update. Bugs have been fixed, the design is cleaner, and the whole app feels much more professional. Definitely worth checking out!
Overall pretty good

Hi, sorry for the bad experience! Our latest update should address this problem. Your age is factored into your max heart rate, and the new settings panel for your zone allows you to reset your age (DoB), and it’s much clearer how it works with the zone formula. User Beware - Security and Privacy Issues
Most concerning is that after deciding to end my trial because of all the technical issues, I found that it does not have a log out option, a user account option, or a clear my data option.
The app pulls in fitness data from “integrations” but it doesn’t push.
The watch integration is non-existent. It only pulls data from an activity you run with the native watch app. So, if you are working out at the gym and don’t have your phone on you, but want to check your zones and points on your watch, you can’t.
After ending a workout and closing the apps the workouts continue to run on the background.
If you use any other fitness app or workout system, this app doesn’t sync any of that data. (Ex: strava, or f45, etc.)
Finally, I signed up for the trial, never selected to to be billed for the yearly subscription, and yet I was billed for the yearly subscription instead of monthly. No response from their support team.
Based on this, my guess is it was pushed live as a “get-rich-quick” tactic by the developers and then sells the data harvested. The developers are likely counting on you not noticing the $4 a month charge.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! We have made some big improvements which should address those concerns of yours. We've added a button to erase ALL your app data in settings. To be clear our app does not ask you to make any online user account, so since you don't log in, there is no "log out". And we certainly have NOT been harvesting your data for any type of sale. Your data stays private, not just anonymous, because it's saved securely in your iCloud which can only be accessed on-device. Currently our free trial is only available from the yearly billing option, so that's probably the source of the confusion around the monthly/yearly selection. The app's watch integration is purely optional, but it does include an Apple Watch app. You can get real-time zone training by either using the watch app or starting a workout from the iPhone app with any other compatible heart rate sensor. Alternatively you can record your workout on another app that supports Apple Health and this app will score those workouts automatically after completion. Any workouts you save with this app will be pushed to Apple Health, and likewise the app reads other apps' workouts from Apple Health. We aim to serve as an open part of the iOS fitness data ecosystem.
