Bad customer service, the worst
Couldn’t contact them by chat nor call, the number they gave me to call hangs up right away every time, then I tried contacting support by chat and it just said that the bot was gonna put me through with an agent but never actually does and chat ends after couple of minutes of waiting
I then tried by twitter and it said we can’t help u with that over here… so I couldn’t withdraw the money sent after many times trying in the pick up store and let’s just say there’s no customer service by the looks of it
