Helpful

I was recommended this app on a course I’m doing. It’s been helpful with my anxiety & trying to stop things from overwhelming me.

Request: Clear indicator of free vs paid services

Interesting app. Much needed. I wish the team best of luck with this valuable project.

But the first hurdle is actually navigating the app as a new user. Everything I click on makes the subscription window pop up. Most apps will put a little star icon in the corner on paid-exclusive features. Without it, I’m frustrated before I even test out the available features. Please consider this minor but important change.

Much needed support system

I cannot recommend Luma enough to those who suffer anxiety and overthinking as part of our myriad of diagnoses. In a world where we lack NHS support we deserve plus have to deal with the current demonisation of mental illness in the media I find some genuine empathy and compassion here. Louise manages to make me feel less alone and provides words of comfort in such difficult times. Of course it is not a cure or a solution but a damn fine support system to lean on and we all need that?

Perfect

Luma is perfect for getting thoughts out of your head. I’ve been using it for a few years now. It’s reassuring to know it’s there for when anxiety creeps back.

Thanks!

I started only 3 days ago, so I can‘t say much. Luma helps me to look at my worries, to describe them and to get through the day. It sounds trivial, but it works!

Great app for overthinker

Found this app recently and now use it daily. Super useful for managing my overthinking brain.

Excellent

Recommeded via CBT group when this was Worry Tree - now Luma. Very useful and well structured and presented. Helped me during an extremely difficult time and I still dip in to practise. Recording worry helped reduce ruminating and enabled me to see patterns. The gratitude practise helped enormously and having the reminder each day brought me into a habit that has really evolved my outlook. I also enjoyed the sensory practises and this helped me during acute epsiodes of overwhelm. The app has been developed futher since I first started using it and the additon of values and goals is excellent. A quality app which is a cut above in my opinion; accessible, easy to navigate, lovely to look at and simple, but very, very effective if you use it. Thank you for creating a truly useful and beneficial self help tool, rather than yet anopther app - this one delivers!

Great app

Great app. Very well designed and structured and I find it very useful to think through any troubles I have. Has made a very positive difference to me when required.

Review

Really helps with anxiety and overthinking. Allows you to access tools to control something that’s been consuming you for a while.

Excellent tool

I have found this app to be simple to use and extremely helpful for giving me the tools to cope especially anxiety. Thank you

Nice app

I liked the mood tracking weather tool.

Love the goals tool

Recently used the goals setting and the automated suggestions for tasks is amazing!

Paywall to do any worrying (lmao)

To do things you wanna do in the app (such as starting with a worry), you need to upgrade to their subscription

Misses the point

I don’t really understand why you have to fill out your personal details when you sign up. And to be actually able to log your worries, you need a paid subscription. I used to recommend the reachout worry time app to my patients which was perfect and did exactly what CBT recommends: you store your worries, set a time to come back to them, and then take some time to go over all of them and repeat. It was free, no sign up required. Sadly they discontinued it. This app seems to be the closest alternative, but again.. It would have been nicer if you actually simplified it a little and made it more accessible (I.e. free, no subscriptions)

Very helpful

I literally was to tired to go upstairs and take notes to my actual anxiety journal and searched an app, and this app helped me a lot and it has all the right questions to fill an anxiety journal. Keeping a journal by itself helps me a lot and I really feel an absolute relief right now thanks to this application. I’ll keep using it!

Subscription not recognized

Everytime I open the app online, I have to reset/confirm my purchase before I can add information about a new worry. Even when open it up from a notification text. That’s quite annoying. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good tool for CBT.

Very intrusive

Wow I deleted this before I even got started, it wants you email address and then it asks for your mobile number. You can’t register without giving them this info - no thank you.

Super app for mental health

Recommended by a CBT therapist two years ago and used ever since.
I love the way you can record ‘gratitudes’ each day - it helps you stay focused on the present. And there are great tools to help you deal with worries that are CBT based.
Well done to the makers of this app!

Love the app but issue since update

Hi,
I’ve been using this app for a long time and it’s great. I chose it because of the simplicity and content.
Since the update I keep having to log in every time I open the app. Please let me know how to fix that.
Thank you :)

Excellent Update

New design of this app is really nice looking and cool. Many new features added. Loved it. Especially sensory practice feature.

Thanks for bringing this update WorryTree team
