Customer service is useless and the IT people on the phone don’t even know what they are doing. He had me restart the modem and the says oh can’t help. Need a tech who can’t come out for 5 days. Think I’ll be switching companies.

Worst app and website I’ve ever experienced for Xfinity prepaid. Couldn’t login to extend and pay my service. The page stopped at right after logging in and looped back to choosing address again and again. Wasted a lot of time
Good service…really bad app
I enjoy the freedom of this service as I travel a lot. So not being committed to a plan does help. However, when trying to use this app to refill the data, it either will lag or be very buggy or even freeze completely. If these things weren’t present, I’d recommend using the app for its convenience. Again, other than this app, I still say it’s a great service to have.

The app sits with a spinning circle then says sorry whoops problem on our end try again later. Customer service sucks app sucks might just switch to star link.

Absolute trash, they have no intention of fixing
App is worthless, I signed up for autopay. When I tried to change card on file it would not allow me to change it. I couldn’t even just refill from a different card. Then it wouldn’t even take money from the card on file. So each month my services have been getting cut off. This has been going on for 4 months. I even called and ask them to relay this to customer support. I have to go through the automated system which can take for ever. This is ridiculous.

Absolute trash. It doesn’t even work. Like at all. It does not function. It does not let you login, it just loads the crashed dashboard message then when you click return to dashboard it just reloads that error message. So you can’t make payments, doesn’t let you set up auto payment. I’m done. The app alone being impossible to use is sending me back to T mobile. Also doesn’t help all your in person stores are locked and inn-accessible at 2 in the afternoon?
