App never logs in
No mater how many times you force close, refresh or go online to login app and website suck to pay bill. I’d love to actually be able to see my account but this is horrible. If I could give the app -5 stars I would.

Xfinity prepaid wi-fi? Works perfectly. The app? The worst app I’ve ever had to use. The app turns a 30 second payment into a 10 minute ordeal just waiting for it to load every. single. time.

Now while I’d advocate for their services I’ve had them off and on. From Tesla concerts to prepaid. And if I resulted back to this it was because Xfinity rates are just high. Your sign up for a specific package, and the boom your bill changes from month to months and then here’s this service a flare rate of 45 just but your own box. Yeah but literally one day and I mean ONE DAY before your bill is due, they slow your speeds. Once the bill is paid everything is normal. What a damn joke. No wonder why spacelink is coming for yall…. No matter how long people have been with yall, yall don’t care it’s just business

Customer service is useless and the IT people on the phone don’t even know what they are doing. He had me restart the modem and the says oh can’t help. Need a tech who can’t come out for 5 days. Think I’ll be switching companies.

Worst app and website I’ve ever experienced for Xfinity prepaid. Couldn’t login to extend and pay my service. The page stopped at right after logging in and looped back to choosing address again and again. Wasted a lot of time
Good service…really bad app
I enjoy the freedom of this service as I travel a lot. So not being committed to a plan does help. However, when trying to use this app to refill the data, it either will lag or be very buggy or even freeze completely. If these things weren’t present, I’d recommend using the app for its convenience. Again, other than this app, I still say it’s a great service to have.

The app sits with a spinning circle then says sorry whoops problem on our end try again later. Customer service sucks app sucks might just switch to star link.
