Substandard app
Public sector banking apps are worse. So many issues with logging in, fund transfers, frequent updates. They should learn something from private banking apps.
As expected always SBI APP sucks
Just by changing UI doesn’t mean the app is enhanced. Literally NRI’s are facing nightmares with SBI App. When I’m successfully authenticated by turning off WiFi and identified with my US phone number by receiving text and my name perfectly shows up then what on earth is wrong with your algorithm in identifying when logging with my login credentials. You just can’t authenticate and lost an attempt. Why is that not identifying and logging me when I can successfully login visiting SBI portal. Lost an attempt and I’m not stupid enough to try again knowing I’m encountering with a junk app. Seriously I’m sick and tired of SBI App and support. Nothing has changed. Horrible service for NRI’s.

Restrictions
The requirement that I need to have an SMS enabled to login into the mobile app defeats the purpose of using Internet banking. I understand this might be a security feature to not allow other people to login, but for phones, especially used by NRIs my not have the same number
Reregister does not work
Once mobile no is updated, option to re register does not work
Issue with Activate UPI.
While activating UPI, the app is making the selection of SIM 1, and i am not able to change to SIM 2. It’s just disabled.
