Absolutely terrible service been trying to get pin reminder for about 5 weeks , every week I’m told it’s been done and every time after 5 days I’m told to wait I ring back and am told it’s not been done properly their end and assured every time that it’s been done and will be with me the following week , even got sent a new card one week by mistake , Cust services is based in South Africa and while they are polite they are obviously not trained enough to do the job at hand , I’ve requested an internal investigation now and want further correspondence , was offered £15 compensation which never arrived and was told it would mean I didn’t have to make a monthly payment as it would come off that only to be told the next week when I rung up the complete opposite. Moved a holiday a week later as told them I needed to use card and was assured for the fourth time it would be with me only to be let down again . Terrible Cust service would give no stars if I could

Poor Customer Service – Very Disappointing
My experience with Zempler Bank has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have faced difficulties getting proper assistance and clear communication, and the overall level of customer service has not met my expectations.
As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and to receive clear, timely and professional support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering opening an account with Zempler Bank to research other options and read customer experiences carefully before making a decision.

No communication when options being removed
I have used this account for years, never had any issues when out of the blue the option to pay people was removed, site states they are working on issue but this has been over few months now.no communication or reason… Highly disappointed
Terrible business practices
So I took a credit card out a few months ago to help pay for bills while I was off work due to having a mental breakdown, I’ve been struggling and forgot to pay one p monthly payment, they have now blocked my ability to pay in app, they have blocked the ability to even use the card, I’ve received no emails, I’m getting 2-3 phone calls everyday whilst I’m busy at work and have explained I cannot answer the phone, they have no added interest charges whilst blocking my ability to pay, this is a scam and I will be reporting this to the FCA as this does not follow policy and regulations, DO NOT USE ZEMPLAR BANK, THEY WILL TRAP YOU WITH

Very unprofessional bank. Do not use
I had my account hacked and £950 taken from me. I had no knowledge of this until I checked my account later that day. It was obvious that it was out of character spending yet the bank did not alert me or block further payments. They are now refusing to use their insurance for fraudulent transactions and are the most unhelpful service. Their attitude is appalling. I am a medical professional and expected better. Please do not use this bank.
