Very unprofessional bank. Do not use
I had my account hacked and £950 taken from me. I had no knowledge of this until I checked my account later that day. It was obvious that it was out of character spending yet the bank did not alert me or block further payments. They are now refusing to use their insurance for fraudulent transactions and are the most unhelpful service. Their attitude is appalling. I am a medical professional and expected better. Please do not use this bank.

Cannot pay online then you get into problems because you can’t pay catch 22 you want to pay but they won’t allow you to do online

Good app but you cannot use Apple Pay so have to carry a card for in person putchases.

I have used this account for years, never had any issues when out of the blue the option to pay people was removed, no communication or reason… Highly disappointed
