This app is annoying and below average. Tell me why your app doesn’t detect the exact bank you intend to send funds to after entering the account number, and why the transaction history isn't working. You guys can do better.
Biometric authentication
Updated the app, but no longer able to use biometric authentication for transactions, can’t use only transaction pin without hardware token authentication. Can’t use etoken without token, otp verification needs 72 hours. Having to go through all this to use something that was working prior to update is just an inconvenience and chore. At least allow the biometric, It says it’s on in the settings but there’s no option for it in the transaction page.

The Ui looks great, but the Ux is even worse than the previous version at this point.
What is the point of suggesting destination banks if you are not going to include the actual likely options, when you very well know that none of the suggested destinations even have bank accounts with that name.
We have better systems these days let’s do better, why constraining yourselves when you can reach the peak?
When I paste an account number you should be choosing actual likely banks.
I don’t want to move but I might just have to.

Poor UI/UX and App Testing Before Launch, countless broken & half baked features
I am not certain this app got tested before launch. It’s actually appalling. I’ve never written an app review before in my life but my Nigerians will drag you to the trenches. Tell me why an app on the main dashboard refuses to display account names? So you have 1,2,3,7,13 accounts linked like I do for my businesses and you now have to memorize which account number if for which?? Or why if you’re using an iPhone it refuses to accept Face ID for transaction verification. You can’t even change off the pin+token option. Even if you go to settings and do the whole indemnity and settings change it’s all for show, because on the backend the app itself doesn’t change its permissions and restriction even if you go through all steps and requirement. Not to mention the feature where you paste an account number and it will pull up the likely or supposed bank associated which the account number is linked to is also a farce, because tell me why it pulls up the same 3-4 banks every single time and never gets the right bank for the account causing you to still have to search manually always. Like it’s like the used AI to copy someone else’s app features and just posted it without true verification and human testing. These are the kind of updates that frustrate you off a platform. Honestly. There are so many things in yet to test but I’m sure are broken as well.

Transaction pin
Your team needs to fix the toggle button for biometrics man… why do I need to enter pin everytime. If I turn on biometrics it lasts for 1 transaction.
The new update is too bad, slow server, biometric issues, bank transfers

One of the worst developed apps I've ever used
Always having issues with transfers, always having network issues when you really need the money in your account

Can’t transfer to other banks
For the past 4 days now, I have not been able to make a transfer outside Zenith bank using the mobile app. It only allows me transfer to other Zenith accounts. It gives me the following error message - Network connection error. Please try again later.
No improvement
This app is a rubbish app you can’t dispute transaction or view details of transactions. Zenith should do better

Frustrating
Tried making transfer to a saved beneficiary evening of 24/10/25. The transfer was auto reversed with msg: Limit Exceeded. This was false. The bank charged service charge for the outgoing and reversal; reversal service charge was even higher than the outgoing. I attempted the transfer 4 times and all auto reversed.
Most frustrating. Every 2 months the Zenith App has a technical issue.

Crashes
The app keeps crashing in iPhone 6s using iOS 12.5.7
Glitch
The current version has at least one major glitch. The numbers on the pop-up keypad presented to the user for approving transactions are not displayed in full and they are inactive. Fancy that!
Sad
Zenith bank fell off big time , so sad. Can’t even register my mobile app with my card details
