There are not enough drivers to meet peak rush hour demand in 2026. So good luck getting a less than 36 minute wait.
The app has no support for Live Activities so you get no always-on-screen status of how many minutes are left.
Pickup zone has never been increased or resized so you have to walk farther to reach a pickup point.
Booking a ride requires way too many steps and screens compared to Lyft and Uber.
More than half the time your ride is shared so it takes even longer to get to your destination as two different stops are involved.
On the plus side, it’s only $2.50 a ride, the electric cars they do have are smooth, and the drivers get paid hourly.

Please provide more . Doable pricing compare to rideshare company. More customer you will have. Do more improvements and add more coverage area.
Stopped working on Android 12
I had to delete the app because it wasn’t working right and when I reinstalled it, it said from the android play store. This is rather disheartening. I hope you guys can get this fixed. In the meantime, I’ll just have to use my iPad I guess.

It’s a beautiful concept for a paraplegic. I have more freedom than I have had …ever.
A bit frustrating
I’d appreciate when i select a ride that over half an hour away the app doesn’t change it randomly to a ride that’s suddenly 5 minutes away. It’s like I choose that wait time on purpose.
overcharged
There didn't appear to be a way to initially register with the app as a Reduced Fair ORCA card carrier, so I was overcharged. I have messaged Zip's support email to ask about a reimbursement, and about correcting how I am registered.
Ride with Christian
It was great, comfy and smooth. Christian was very friendly and told us about today being a ‘ National cheeseburger day’!!👏😀
Loving it
I really enjoy using zip, I don’t have a vehicle so having the zip helps me with so much. The drivers are professional and are friendly. Just wish they would expand the area some.
Good but glitchy
Perfect for getting around as a teen however many glitches in the app that make it hard to manage and also every now and then the pickup times will go from like 30 minutes to 10 minutes very fast basically meaning that their clock can be off but it works good enough
