AI Misinterpretation & Gaps In App Logic

The responsiveness and speed of the app is great, however after coming back to the app after a while it seems like there’s some large gaps in its logic as well as the scanning AI producing odd results.

Scanning recipe cards from providers such as Mindful Chef or Gusto produce sporadic and incorrect results when interpreted by the AI, sometimes it’s close but most of the time it’s quite far off in terms of the calories and macros. Multiple attempts of the same scan produce different results each time. The only way to tally the macros is to manually manipulate the ingredients until it kind of matches - it would be much quicker to just be able to manually edit the macros before committing.

Additionally trying to quickly log previously scanned foods is not easy to do as ingredients are wrapped up inside meals in the Recent list. Any ingredient should be able to be easily searchable and recalled so it can be used again and again whenever needed without needing to rescan it or having to favourite each individual item.

A few tweaks could make logging so much better and quicker.

Letting themselves down by pushing products

I think Zoe is contributing a lot to our diets. The scientific information about diet is second to none and the company is contributing a lot to research. They are lending their credentials in the scientific community to put across what seems like a valuable nutritional programme which I have bought into.

However I think they are letting themselves down by now pushing products like a subscription for 30 plus sprinkles and now a new bar. They are using some of the worst internet marketing methods to push these products at us at every end and turn. For me this undermines their scientific integrity. Stop it guys.

Paid and unable to use

I’m a Zoe investor and like to use the products on offer to customers. I signed up for a trial, on a rolling contract, paid my first weeks subscription and that’s as far as I’ve got. I’m unable to log into the app, with the same credentials as I use to log into the website from where I purchased the plan and manage my Zoe customer account. Further to this technical support has been poor, I’m still waiting, 5 days on for contact.
