One gazillion times better than Waymo. Waymo shut the trunk on my head. Drove in weird directions. I don’t feel comfortable. None of those things were an issue here. Seamless. Delightful and wonderful

Horrible user experience
This app is so horrendously designed that it makes me the devs chose to intentionally screw users. Why would you make booking so difficult when you choose the wrong dropoff and then not have a visual to tell the user they are in a queue. Instead you force the user to be confused if they’re in a queue or limbo and have no option but to manually clear the app cache.

Zoox was one of the coolest experiences of my Vegas trip! The ride was smooth, quiet, clean, and surprisingly relaxing. Watching the vehicle safely navigate the Strip without a driver was amazing, and I felt comfortable the entire time.
If you’re in Las Vegas, I highly recommend taking a ride. It’s not just transportation—it’s part of the Vegas experience. I can’t wait to do it again!
