  • Great rewards - incredibly frustrating app

    Love the rewards that you get, and the ability is scan the receipt is great.

    The functionality of the app, however, needs a BIG improvement.

    When looking at your cart, you better make sure you have everything because if you want to back out and add anything else, your entire cart will be cleared. Every. Single. Time.

    If you’re trying to select a different store, the cart clears, as well. There are no options to “add more” items, so if your cart is complete, you have to start all the way over..

    What’s even more frustrating is that when I FINALLY got my order perfect, it told me it could not fulfill it based on the time I had requested (ASAP). It suggested I change the time, and my order will be placed. Of course, you can’t change the time from that same screen. In fact, I couldn’t even find the option to change the time. Eventually, I found the ability to change the time, which is located at the very beginning of launching the app.

    The idea on paper is great - but wow, it needs to be much more user friendly.

  • ...worst experience ever!...yikes!

    ...not sure I want to eat the food I purchased! This Sandy Utah location at 1902 E 9400 S was disgustingly dirty at the order and prep area...there was food everywhere in between each container of food items...all of the employees were attempting to clean it while customers were ordering...the cleaning rags were dingy brown color...the employees were scraggly...hair hanging in their face....line employee was randomly tossing cups around...food was being wiped onto the floor...the cashier was pleasant and apologized for the long wait...yikes...not sure I'll go back ever to that location...

  • Best restaurant!!!

    I have loved Costa Vida for many years! , and store # 0076 (Thanksgiving Points, Lehi, Utah) is my favorite! My order is always correct, and there’s a drive through! It’s not the closest location to me, so I always plan to swing by there when I’m passing through!
    The workers there are Always kind, happy, energetic, and aren’t bothered by my special requests!
    I’m actually vegetarian, but at Costa Vida (on the rare occasions that I do want a little chicken, a couple times a year) the chicken has an amazing flavor, And it’s clean! I have never once had any gross “unchewables” in it! I can’t say that about Any other restaurants!!

    We go to Costa Vida 1-2 times a week after working out at Lifetime. Food is great, staff is friendly, prices reasonable, and large portions usually result in left overs. Gotta mention Jesus for always having a great attitude and taking good care of us for almost 2 years of lunches!!

    The whole staff was very professional, quick and to the point. Breena the cashier was very good on confirmation of my order. Will definitely be back. First time, definitely not the last!!
  • Rewards history glitch- don’t use if you’re in a hurry.

    I just used the newest version of the app, and paid for my dinner with rewards. It charged the wrong amount, and also I now have a receipt for tomorrow in my history today. Not great that I got stopped at checkout and had to show that i paid it. The scroll for the amount is also a terrible experience. Just let me input the exact amount without having to do an extra tap.

    Very good service, amazing food, and for a very reasonable price! Place is exceptionally clean. Staff are very kind, safe in serving the food, and prepared my food just as how i wanted!!
  • CHANGE LIMIT OF RECEIPT SCANS!!

    this app is just fine and easy to navigate. a suggestion would be to add options on the to go ordering of like “light rice” or “light beans” bc right now it’s all or nothing. my only other complaint is that the “one receipt a day” limit NEEDS to be changed!! i love Costa Vida. so much that yes, i’ve even eaten there more than once in a day, or even several days in a row. (lol pls don’t judge) but that being said, it is unfair that i am a loyal ordering customer and not able to get points for my order if that happens. other instances is I order to go and on my way out someone else in my house asks me to get them some Costa bc it’s so *yum*, so i place a separate order to pick up and then am unable to get the points for that order. i understand if you don’t want people just taking advantage of it and scanning a hundred receipts a day or something. but AT LEAST change it to maybe 3 scans/receipts a day??? PLEASE. thank you. just want my points that i’ve earned x.

  • Where’s the meat?

    So disappointed with this visit. My husband grilled chicken salad was mostly rice and beans. And the girl making my chile Verde enchiladas was doing her best to get only the broth into the ladle. I finally had to ask her to please put at least a couple chunks of pork inside the tortilla. That’s exactly what I got. Then, when she smothered it, she again ladled out the meat and put only liquid on top. It was just a slimy tortilla and a waste of hard earned cash. I realize everyone is hurting but you can’t skimp on customers. We are doing our best to keep you in business. Next time we will think twice and choose another eatery.
