  • App Change

    I had been saving up my points for awhile now, and now they are all gone because of this update. It wont let me link my accounts, and now the money I spent is gone. It wont even let me make a new account because of my old one, and it wont let me link anything. This was a waste of time and money.
  • Bad update

    The new app update is terrible. Promote to create new account using same email address as the old account, but then when you use that email address, it says that it is already in use, even though it won’t let you use it to sign in. Botched rewards program and app update.
  • Great Food

    I've been there a couple of times since I moved to the state of Utah... And I've never had the experience of eating here in this location and I feel very happy. Why the food and service are beautiful...
  • Update makes me not want to even go here

    Before this new update it felt like you earned rewards at a good rate and it really was one of the only reasons I would still order from costa Vida. Now they ruined it and made it so your points buy rewards instead of getting dollar rewards. You also earn at a much slower rate which makes me feel as if I am not earning anything. Really disappointed.

    Side note: I should have used my $8 in rewards before the update because it now equals not even enough to get a free dessert. So lame.

  • Why the Change?

    The app was great, until the last update. They make you re-create your existing account telling you to use your same phone number and email address to have your rewards/points transfer to the new account. Then gives you an error that the email / phone number is already in use and the account can’t be recreated.

    You can’t use your old account but you also can’t create a new one. What’s the use of having the app then?

  • 👎🏻👎🏻 Thumbs down to new app

    Not liking this new app at all. I bought $30 worth of food today and was told after the fact that I can no longer scan my receipt for points. It has to be done BEFORE you pay for your food. I lost points when they made us sign up again. The whole thing is just confusing.
  • Good Grief. New App, Wipes out loyalty credits

    Shockingky bad new app, requires you to create a whole new account and wipes out $70 of accumulated credit. So much for customer loyalty. Doesn’t even let you scan receipts anymore.

    Nothing like that nice big $0 on the rewards tab.

    Unbelievable. Go back to the old old CV. You can do better. :(

  • App Update

    The new app update is incredibly frustrating. I have attempted to create my new account multiple times since the new update has rolled out but to no avail. Every time I try to create my account, as the update requires you to make a new account, it gives me an error message but it won’t ever say what the error is in regards to. I had hoped that since so many people have been struggling with the new update that the company would have made it a priority to fix all the bugs but it seems like that is not the case. I’m extremely disappointed and I’ve already opted to go to different restaurants instead of costa vida due to the issues with their app.

  • Same issue as everyone else

    The corporate greed of this ridiculous conversion from dollars to points that requires a lot more points for rewards is a rip off that nobody wanted to opt into. Unfortunately my apps are automatically updated or else I wouldn’t have updated my app. Says I have to create new account with same email as previous but then I get an error saying it’s already in use. Ya think? Worst update. I’ll get this figured out, use all my rewards and then won’t be going to Costa Vida anymore. This ridiculous rip off means they won’t be getting my business in the future.

  • Horrible new app!!!!

    I don’t like how you have to create a new account for the app update. When I try to create with my info it says I that phone number or email is already in use. What the heck, so irritating!! This is a game changer that will stop me from going to this restaurant. If I could rate a minus star I would.
