OK, I want my money back
Hey, you charge a lot, quite a lot, for a very good game when and if it works. But truth be told, it is packed full of arthritic quirks that call for serious refunds for serious faults in the product you are selling. Come on. Get real. Step up to the plate and acknowledge that you’ve sold a defective product. We paid real money and you have given us something that wouldn’t survive any sort of warranty.
Examples: sometimes the app refuses to allow you to make a move. It freezes. You can try moving another card a little which sometimes frees up the card you want to move. Sometimes it doesn’t.
Sometimes a card you try to move freezes mid board, or jumps up into the one of the top four spaces, but not in its proper order.
It does other quirky things too, all very annoying when your in the middle of a game— especially one where you think you may be close to winning.Show lessBillclock
Daily Churchill
Daily Churchill continues to generate random games. What a joke.
Do not buy Daily Churchill. All it does is generate random games. The developer is completely unresponsive. Don’t waste your money.
Another day, another random Daily Churchill game. Another day of no response from the developers. Another day of subscription fees with no value delivered in return.
Another day, another Daily Churchill game that just generates random games. Another day that the developers ignore this feedback and continue to collect subscription fees and deliver nothing.
I am going to keep writing this until the developer acknowledges the issue. Daily Churchill does not work. Either fix it or return the subscription fee. As it stands now you are stealing money from your customers. Please respond! Until the developer responds no one should purchase this product.
If you are going to sell a subscription service like Daily Churchill, you have an obligation to support it. It no longer functions. It generates random games. You are obligated to either fix it or provide refunds.
It is irritating beyond words that you ignore the feedback you are getting on this issue. Please respond. Do you plan on fixing or issuing refunds?Show lesspdthomas01
250 unique wins
250 wins and 201,051 points. At this rate I only need about 1,000 more wins to reach the 1,000,000 points needed for the top level of LEGEND. The ranking system is stupid. LEGEND also requires 250 wins, but I am almost 800,000 points away. The previous high rank was PRIME MINISTER, which requires 14 wins and 75,000 points. I enjoy the game and if you like a challenge you will too. The game is great. I downloaded the game very early on and got the 500 game pack. I don’t do the daily games. And don’t know that I will because since reaching 250 wins there is no reward for more wins and I am years away from the points goal. They added more level above PRIME MINISTER after players started reaching it. But the ranking progression went from ill conceived to toataly wacko stupid. But don’t let that keep you from getting the game if you are not afraid of thinking.Show lessjackdaddy100
Best game I’ve ever found so far .
I have been playing this game for a couple of years and find it incredibly relaxing and absorbing .
I used to play the card game and loved that , but this is even more satisfying .
Having told my family repeatedly (!!) that I was going to be a legend one day , I recently proved my point and became one !!!
I have not come across any down side to this game , it is excellent , and I shall continue playing .Show lessBamksy
Random Deal Subscription
I enjoyed playing the free trial games and decided to purchase the $4.99 Random Deal option. However there is a glitch where I cannot put an Ace into the 2nd place from right on the top right hand box to accept the Aces. This means I can never finish a game. Tried to correct and was advised to delete the game and reinstall. I did this but now my subscription to Random Deal is not available. It wants me to buy another subscription. This is a rip-off
Follow up to my previous comment. I had Apple cancel my subscription and when I got a refund I then re-purchased the Random Deal. It works great but oft times I still have a problem getting all the Aces in their slot. Solved this by just closing down my phone and restarting. DO NOT GET THIS GAME, because once you do you will become addicted. In this COVID-19 isolation it has increased my daily screen time by 2-1/2 hours. It is fascinating to playShow lessatobai
Bugs and more expensive bugs!!
I really really enjoy this game but...
I bought a new iPad and loaded the game only to find that not all the games I had on my previous iPad transferred over. I did everything about ‘restoring purchases’ etc but found the only way to get them was to buy them all over again!
I know that I previously had them as I it showed I had even won some games in that batch once they had downloaded.
It’s not a huge amount of money but it’s really bugging me!Show lessZenith 01
Undos not credited
I tried to purchase 100 Undos And went through the process and was told that my purchase was successful. The purchased Undos were not credited to my account although I received an invoice. This is now the third time within a month or so that this has happened and despite writing a report nothing happened. I tried to get through to the game developers without success and finally had to go to Apple Support who have provided refunds, but this does not get away from the fact that I require the undos. Aggressive pricing for in game purchases
Rates are too high for subscription for a solitaire game.
Decent play, but purchase requests for everything.. want a hint, buy a bundle, made a mistake and want to undo, buy a bundle. Want to play more than the three base deals, buy the game, want more winnable games buy a subscription... you get the point...Show lessRobM_Canada
Needs work
The game is great fun but the techs are iffy. Where the aves go, the fact that I got frozen and lost my scores and money really ticks me off .i have had it. Scores disappear and/or change mysteriously.Val in Victoria
