I can’t believe the nerve of this company! They let me book a car with no problem, everything seemed smooth, but when I went to pick it up, they suddenly hit me with, “Oh, you can’t take the car if you’re under 25.” Then why the hell did they let me book it in the first place?! And to make it worse, when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused! If you’re reading this, stay far away from these scammers. They don’t care about their customers at all!

If the correct age was entered, only suitable cars should have been displayed, as we show whatever we receive from our supplier. Attention avec cette appli

J’avais réservé une voiture à l’aéroport de Alicante et en arrivant sur place, la compagnie n’avait rien sur ma réservation et surtout qu’il ne connaissait pas du tout Carla. Il m’ont mentionné que c’était probablement une arnaque. J’ai perdu 60€. Après plusieurs courriels envoyés, j’ai reçu un ridicule remboursement de 16€. Ne faites pas affaire avec cette appli.

Outstanding customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Carla Car Rental and I must commend their exceptional customer service, particularly from their representative, Jean. We encountered some complications with our reservation, and Jean handled the situation with remarkable efficiency and professionalism.

Jean quickly sorted out the issues and went above and beyond by helping us find a better deal on our car rental. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our interaction. She was not only knowledgeable and resourceful but also extremely friendly and reassuring, making the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. (Even though by this point I was crying in a car rental parking lot.)

Thanks to Jean, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. I highly recommend Carla Car Rental for their outstanding service and special thanks to Jean for her extraordinary assistance. We'll definitely be using Carla Car Rental for our future travels!

Jean was a great help!!!

Mistake

I had a mistake by booking twice Jean was very professional and fast to fix my problem. Great service. Wasn’t fan of the fee they took off me but Spoze at least getting money back cheers Jean. Can’t wait to get the car

Very smooth and easy

Title says it all, first time renting a car, found one at a affordable price, I had made a mistake with the pickup time and they corrected that mistake with a very positive email (Thank you to Lera), they had booked it next day and pickup was just as smooth.
