  • Terrible

    I’ve added a total of $60 on my account and $50 of that didn’t even show up on my balance. On top of that, I can’t purchase anything and the last time I did make a purchase; my balance did not update. I’ve made a couple of reports but I have not received any response nor a refund.
  • Pulsing dots

    App dots just pulse to indicate thinking but never stop no matter how long I wait. My $$$ is tied up now and can’t access it. Even tried re-downloading the app but no luck. Frustrating.
  • Can’t even use

    The app doesn’t allow me to add any of my cards to put money into my account or to let me use them for payment methods. Can’t scan the app QR codes to use for my account either because I don’t have funds on the account because it doesn’t take my cards. Waste of a download until they actually get this app to do anything.

  • No Apple Pay?

    Why can’t I use Apple Pay in the app? I don’t want to save a credit card with a new service when Apple Pay is but in to my phone.

    Title says it all. Everything in our machines went up 11%. I guess we are supposed to be happy for the 10 cent discount we get. And now if you want to check your account balance on the app you have to sign in every time you open the app. Why? Because the app is as bad as their products and prices. Stay away from all three. We’re stuck with it because our employer switches to it and it’s the only way to get anything out of the machines. I guess there is a real reason that there are a lot more 1 & 2 star ratings than anything else for this app and product.

  • Not impressed so far

    Our new snack vendor for our employer uses this app, tried to register and I can’t because I’m not getting the verification email. I have tried multiple email addresses and no, it’s not in my spam box.
    This doesn’t inspire confidence in any other part of the app(especially financial trust) when they cannot get me the verification email.

  • No customer service

    Well first everything is expensive and there deals are nothing more than false advertising. There was a deal by 4 sodas get the 5th one free . Well I never got my free drink.I sent out 2 emails regarding this and never got a response. Also never got a refund when I got stale donuts. I will not be buying anything from them again

  • Needs ALOT of work

    It doesn’t allow me to use my card via apple wallet. It doesn’t add my purchases to my account for the free items.

    If i could give it one star i would. I had downloaded the app because i work long hours and was getting thirsty. I downloaded the app and it had put $10 on it and i am only getting one thing from the vending machine. There was no option for a refund. The machine didnt even take card and the machine didnt even work with the app. Just a waste of time and money.

  • Don’t turn on facial recognition

    Ever since I had turned on facial recognition, I’ve had nothing but problems. Tried turning it off, same issues occurring.
    1) when opening the app it stays on the loading screen. If connected to WiFi, it will load but takes minutes to go through.
    2) since I’m not on WiFi when I need to use my card, I just hold on the app icon to just go to pay… at first this worked…now for the past two weeks it is signing me out and I have to log back in. Taking me back to the first issue!
    At home, I’ll log back on and hope the issue is fixed…nope same issue next day.
    Again since turning on facial recognition, this app has been a nightmare and it won’t turn it off even though I’ve gone in and told the app to ignore facial recognition now.
    I’ve had issues before, not enough I felt to warrant a bad review. But this takes the cake.
