US Connect app does not work…
At all. The app WILL accept your debit card or Apple Pay, but does not scan vending machine. If you are hungry, you have a better chance holding up a homeless sign to get food or $$. I tried several different one vending machines. This app did not work on any of them. I called customer service and instead of helping me to get the app working-they just issued refund and deactivated the app- without hesitation. So they are aware this app is not working….Show lessniki900

Works OK but…
I like being able to see the balance on my card and transferring my other card’s balances to one. The problem for me is I can’t transfer anymore card balances because there is no option to delete the old ones with $0 balances and I’ve already reached my maximum allowed cards. So now I have 4 or 5 cards with $0 balance just sitting in my account. I’ve seen another review that is over a year old that have reported the exact same issue and it’s still not fixed.Show lesstgfrdfft

Won’t open
I have tried to use this app over and over again it will not open. I have even deleted it and re-downloaded it. Still doesn’t work.T_V_R
Remove used cards
One annoying thing is that you can only have 6 cards on the account and it won’t let you delete them. They should give you an option to delete them if they have a 0 balance.Sindony22
Not worth it
The card for apple wallet never works when I try to tap. I literally always have to have the physical card to pay for anything which defeats the purpose of using both the app & the service altogether.fbanks8691
