  • Confusing

    To start off, the money you add to your card doesn’t show up sometimes and it just basically ate your money. This is the 3 rd time I have tried to put money into my USConnect card, and the machine accepts it and it gives me my balance but when I pay with the card for another purchase it just says I need to reload or the new balance doesn’t show up.

  • Card not working

  • Error with Apple wallet

    Receive a notice in wallet that states “reader is requesting payment” and will not accept my scan. And now I cannot get my 20 dollars out of the app.
  • Poor Customer Service

    Asked for a refund in the third week of October it’s now November 13 no refund check that was supposedly mailed on October 29th. It doesn’t take this long. Don’t do business with this company you are better off packing lunch or using cash to get items through these people.
  • Option to remove cards from account please!

    I get these cards all the time from work. They hand them out for a job well done. So once you reach a total of 6 cards, they are just stuck on your account. It was nice at first you could transfer funds between cards. But now I just have one main card I use and 5 others that just sit there with $0 balance. Please let us be able to remove those cards from the app!

  • Just Doesn’t Work.

    Never had a single successful transaction except taking my money. I get all errors 100% of the time.
  • I like it but...

    This app is fine for the most part but there’s no way to transfer money out of USConnect back to my bank. I don’t really need to now but if I ever did I’d be out of luck. The transfer section only gives my bank as the option in ‘From’.

  • Needs a lot of work

    Where do I begin ? Can’t load the card into Apple wallet, some sort of signature error. For the 1st month I was getting emailed receipts but money was never deducted from my account. The card no longer works when I swipe it, can only be scanned from the reader.

    Update - I no longer use the card and cancelled my account. I have still used the service but now use my own cards. Great to hear the developer is working to improve the experience.

  • Apple wallet not working

    Wish that you could actually pay with the app.
  • Limited Wallet Support

    While it makes it easy to open your card from Wallet, contactless payments don’t work. It finally started keeping my balance correctly, but I still have to go into the options of the pass to scan the barcode. Would be great if use in Wallet worked correctly.
