Really liked this app at first, but now nothing but trouble. Credits aren't provided when meeting promotion requirements. Currently unable to login to mobile app. Keep getting "Wrong credentials" message even though I can login to the website on my laptop with the same credentials. When calling customer support (which I've done twice now), they fail to accurately describe the problem being reported (both times) so the resolution is incorrect (both times)!!

I'd like to be able to see how far I am from earning the free item promo. Needs to show a track record for your purchases and the items that you are fixing to get free promo for.jeremy0313
Upgrade locked out app
Did the upgrade yesterday and now can't use, upgrade, or delete the app. Support page not helpful.Choppertrent
