Ok app
It does connect you to shops around you and does allow limited variety of products you can order. The order history is not working and so if you have a favorite you still need to go through the menu and reorder. Also, many times I get notifications the order is ready and the order is was never received by the business….tznon
Unable to use new update
I tried to order lunch as work as usual and it required an update. Updated to this version, have removed app multiple times, restarted phone repeatedly, and am still unable to order as it tells me I need to update the app and takes me directly back to the updated app. Some kind of bug has made this unusable.CVB1822
No cancellation option or modification is inconvenient
It’s a huge inconvenience that you cannot modify or cancel an order made in error or when something additional needs to be added. It’s also inconvenient that I have order multiple times for different items. It’s the worst"P'ed Off!!!!
Something went wrong
This was the error message as I tried to complete an order and it suggested I retry.
After many retries, the help desk asked me to remove the app, reboot, reinstall, login and retry.
It turned out that the problem was that I had’t “selected” the single delivery option available.
It does not remember the password so I have to keep reentering it. No biometrics accepted.Taber246
Scheduled time function does not work
The scheduled time function is completely unpredictable. It’s more of a 30-40 minute window than anything approaching accurate, my food frequently sits and dies in the window because it came out 25 minutes before I scheduled it and I can’t get out of a meeting early to pick it up. It makes this app pointless because I’d rather just go down and order in the cafeteria so I don’t have a cold lunch.Mkthxbs

Horrible pickup interface that requires picking new time without showing what time is actually available (and even when you’re standing at the pickup location while the server is waiting for orders). This was advertised to me as a cheaper grocery service so I go to sign up to see the prices and it won’t let me see the prices without subscribing so I come here to see what in the world is up only to discover it’s another version of DoorDash and Uber eats.
If there is a grocery version in app then we need to be able to see prices of products before we pay for anything. How the heck am I supposed to know if the price range is in my budget if I can’t look at them?TheFuzzySnail
Terrible app.
This app makes my work life as an operator so much more difficult than it needs to be. Multiple PLU codes in various menus across different service hours is ridiculous. If I run out of one thing, I have ten different items I need to turn off, and it doesn’t talk to Nextep so between these two issues I spend, easily, an hour or so every single day on making my operation run as it is supposed to. It’s laggy, I can’t mass edit either, I don’t have access to the full database to make this work better, and my internal support tickets go unanswered for weeks at a time. Not happy. My customers make jokes about the app to me daily. It’s embarrassing. I’ve mentioned all this to my superiors and their superiors as well but nothing changes - this app needs a major overhaul.Pannanana
Needs comment section
Previous versions allowed comments to fine tune your order. Seems to have been removed. Needs to be introduced or put back so you can say which “standard” items you don’t want eg pickles.Also_curious
