Ok app
It does connect you to shops around you and does allow limited variety of products you can order. The order history is not working and so if you have a favorite you still need to go through the menu and reorder. Also, many times I get notifications the order is ready and the order is was never received by the business….

Unable to use new update
I tried to order lunch as work as usual and it required an update. Updated to this version, have removed app multiple times, restarted phone repeatedly, and am still unable to order as it tells me I need to update the app and takes me directly back to the updated app. Some kind of bug has made this unusable.

App will not take an update
I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now, but as of 24 hours ago, every time I open the app it says I need to update. When I click the update button, it takes me to the Apple Store and there is no update it just launches the app and the Cycle just keeps going in a circle. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my phone and still having the same issue.

Endless loop
Asks to update, then you update and open app, asks you to update again, then open app, then update. It’s an endless loop. This is after the latest update to iOS
No cancellation option or modification is inconvenient
It’s a huge inconvenience that you cannot modify or cancel an order made in error or when something additional needs to be added. It’s also inconvenient that I have order multiple times for different items. It’s the worst

Ordering food at work has become very simple. I can use the pre order feature and I never have to wait in line.

This was the error message as I tried to complete an order and it suggested I retry.
After many retries, the help desk asked me to remove the app, reboot, reinstall, login and retry.
It turned out that the problem was that I had’t “selected” the single delivery option available.
It does not remember the password so I have to keep reentering it. No biometrics accepted.

Scheduled time function does not work
The scheduled time function is completely unpredictable. It’s more of a 30-40 minute window than anything approaching accurate, my food frequently sits and dies in the window because it came out 25 minutes before I scheduled it and I can’t get out of a meeting early to pick it up. It makes this app pointless because I’d rather just go down and order in the cafeteria so I don’t have a cold lunch.

Slow, doesn’t allow paying at the counter, denies orders at times for no reason, does not notify workers properly of new order
