  • Cannot enter payment info

    Probably the worst food ordering app I’ve ever used. Cannot enter any payment information on the app or on the website. It can’t detect a card when doing the card scan and it also doesn’t take manual entry of card. On the website there is simply no area to enter card info. Customer service could not help me after spending an hour with them. Kind of amazing how useless these people are :)
  • Descriptions needed on menu

    I downloaded the app for my workplace office cafe. How do I know what I’m ordering? It only displays daily entree 1-3, daily side 1-3… literally, that’s what it says. If I want breakfast bacon, how do I know I’m not actually ordering breakfast potatoes? The menu can stand to be a bit more specific.
  • Unable to delete account: no way to contact company

    All I want to do is delete my account as I no longer work at my job that used this app. There was no way to do it in-app (that I saw), & their Contact Us email is not in service or supported. Per Gmail, the "recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." How this is a legit way to run a service/business?
  • No ability to specify soda

    I don’t know if this is specific to the cafe in the office building I work in, but when you add a 20oz bottled soda to the order, there is nowhere to specify which soda you would like. Other than that, agreed w other reviewers that it’s a basic app that is ok when other food ordering options are not available.
  • Basic, But Does It’s Job

    I’m able to order from my work cafeteria. Really wish I could leave reviews for food items, and that you could select a drop off/delivery point. There continues to be an iPhone 11 Pro formatting issues with too much space between lines on the bottom half of the My Account screen.
  • Doesn’t work on my phone at all

    I get a blank screen on all my menus and customer support just told me to do the thing I’ve already done which was to uninstall and reinstall. I will update this rating if they fix it but I’m so annoyed that everyone else in my company isn’t having any problems with this app and getting percentages off food and even pickup and I can’t even do that..
  • Fast, Easy & Great

    Very simple and easy to use interface! Like the way I feel like a VIP being able to walk in and grab my food without having to wait on any lines!

    Unfortunately this app is not well planned. We have extra side options for extra crabs just no options for extra protein....the ordering is very limited and that may be due to the restaurants options but someone has to step up. Also for goodness sakes, revamp your breakfast prices. I am now paying $3.71 more for breakfast...
  • App double charges

    Beware of being overcharged and having your bank account potentially overdrafted. I’ve used this app for the last time. It double charged me twice, two days in a row. Now I have to file disputes with my bank to get back the overcharges. This review is coming from someone who rarely does them. Take heed.
