So I downloaded this to control my own screen time as I spend a lot of time on my phone. Within a day of getting it it deleted all of the apps that I had made on shortcuts and deleted all of my widgets. It took me over an hour to fix. I also couldn’t sink my phone which you need to do for school. Let me tell you it deleted hours of work within a span of minutes I absolutely hate this app do not make the same mistake I did. Might I also add that it doesn’t actually work you cannot give your child more or less screen time and when you want to delete it even if you delete the account it still works so you need to go into settings and remove it which might I add is blocked so it’s a mess of an app I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!Show lessMad 🐅
Wouldn’t download app
This is so crazy. The app would not download. Tried a few other apps that loaded perfectly. Has to be a screen time problem.busyjeff

I really wanted to live this App, but most days it didn’t track usage. The pause feature is great, but it seemed to stop the app from recording his much time is being used. Example: my son is on iPad right now, it says inactive. He’s been in for about 30 minutes snd the usage time hadn’t moved/changed. Thank goodness this is just our trial period, I would be mad if I paid for a service that didn’t work. I guess back to the drawing board to find a screen time app that works.Show lessMe4You2Know
Doesn’t open
It doesn’t open. I click on the app and it sends me back to the home screen I can’t even set it up.mnmnmnmnnnmnm
Bad app
This app didn’t work it was super glitchy and kept blocking my apps for no reason brodenalixiix

Works like a charm with our androids. I can pause her access any time, like when supper is ready, or we need to do chores, or she broke a rule. I set up several time blocks, so she can’t access her phone during school hours except to text me, and that it does work when she rides the bus, and when she has homework. Calling is always permitted, in the event of an emergency. With the monthly fee, I track where she is, like to determine how far away the bus is, or if she is playing at her friend’s house like she is supposed to be doing, or if they disappear to the swimming hole. I can block any particular app at any time. The only negative is that the web site tracking app only works with marshmallow or [something else] which we don’t have. She is probably too young to have a phone, but with this app I can control how and when she uses it.

I don’t like this setup for IPhone. It doesn’t load. There is not an app for ST Kids to download on iPhone. The only app is for the parents. Then there is no phone number for customer service to contact for help. I don’t understand why it takes 24-48 hours to get help. That isn’t helpful. Would not recommend.Show lessivnhrt

Terrible application. Never connects to kids phone and when it does it makes the kids phone disabled saying it’s the kids fault. Then you have to do a song and dance to get it working again. Don’t buy.MotosurfCo

As a parent, I gave this app way more opportunities than I should have. After installing, even though the app had full control of my sons iPad it didn’t actually monitor his screen time. There would be times it worked and times it didn’t. Like I had it set to stop his activity after an 1 hour 30 minutes. He wound be on it for hours longer and then I would get an email saying his usage for the day was 0 minutes. I’m glad I wasted on money on this app to delete it and pay for a more user friendly one. 🙄Show lessAnnek2016
