Very helpful, except frequent auto log out
Overall the app is great and very helpful. The improvements are very noticeable. The links to the websites are very helpful. The airport maps are useful. The only issue I have with the app is how frequently it logs you out and then you have to go through the whole process of logging back in. When I need to access stuff quickly it’s annoying and doesn’t help when you have bags in your hands trying to juggle the phone and get logged in again just because you close the screen. A feature to add tickets to your digital wallet would be helpful for checking in.Show lessJustin Root
Not Helpful At All
The App is slightly better then being on hold for the 2+ hours I have been sitting here. Because the first flight was heavily delayed I missed my connection back to the states. Shockingly, NO ONE answers the phone and the App makes you call the same number to book the flight as well. So saying it’s not helpful is an understatement. While I type this I get to listen to the hood music with the occasional “all agents are busy” sure I could wait to be called back but I know that won’t happen, especially on a weekend. Inaccurate information
Not very accurate. Booked my flight via telephone, and it popped up in the app with the wrong dates. When you try and edit the flight within the app it will not allow you to. Not a very trustworthy app.flex_strong
Nothing Special
The app doesn’t do anything special that I wasn’t doing with my other apps. It actually is a pain because whenever I need the info it kicks me out and wants to redo the password which I need access to my work email which I don’t have on my phone. It doesn’t help when the airline cancels my flight with no notice and I have to call the emergency SATO and wait 3 hours for them to tell me they can’t help and I have to wait until my local office opens. Travel a lot for work and pretty much stopped wasting my time with this app.Show lessCR Zen
Not Good
This app doesn’t actually work with your CWT SATOTravel reservation. All items have to be input manually, doesn’t communicate with the airline, so you can’t check-in/get boarding passes. Doesn’t show itinerary, really it seems like it is just a way to put your info in to stay organized. Just download the actual airlines app and use that.Show lessAlacombe2005
It is very convenient for job related travel
I like it because it pulls my trip data out of the Defense Travel System (DTS) so I do not need a printout nor do I have to login to my work laptop.T. Luv
Garbage login procedure.
The app is extremely unhelpful. Above all, it is impossible to log in. Initial login is fine, but as soon as you log out it’s as if the registration information used to create the account has been lost. Each time you have to click “forgot password” and create a new password. The app just needs to be updated to the current century and utilize Face ID like every other useable app.Show lessNate.Durand
This is the worst App that I have ever used.
Account Creation is overly reliant on “work” Email that Sorts SATO emails into the Junk Folder. DISA cleanses functionality from SATO emails such that Buttons do not work. Even worse is if You Are Traveling, you cannot copy/paste links.
I am all for two-factor identification. It would be better served to use Text Messages vice emails. At least allow a non-government email to be used. This is a Mobile App and not all Government Employees have a Government Cell Phone.
Even though my Travel was booked through SATO, not one leg appeared in my account. Flight Information did not Automatically Populate. Instead, relied on my own manual inputs.

Password issue
I’m giving it 4 stars due to the hassle of logging and EVERYTIME you use it. Please fix the glitch.

Love it! But password issue- cumbersome
Absolutely love that everything is in here, your flight information, the layover, and hotel and car rental. It’s truly fantastic.
But the password turning off after a few minutes is ridiculous.
You have to login every every every time. And you have to change your password every few months. My bank is easier to get into.
It does store your information for flying, but when you’re at the gate, and then it turns off and then you’re in the front of the line and everybody’s getting annoyed because it’s taking you so long… please change this. You can add a 4 digit pin if you want. We have Face ID; this is my phone…
