Great idea... execution and customer support need work
Won’t allow me to log in. Keeps saying to re-register. Re register tells me I am already registered. Longing says my credentials are invalid... Still haven’t been able to get into app for use... have wasted hours already. And contact customer service twice to no avail. Was really excited about the idea of this. But it didn’t seem to be functioning... pretty disappointed. This would help my soldiers tremendouslyShow lessRedcurlz123
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t sync any upcoming or past trips. Won’t let me add my personal email; keeps saying password is incorrect, even though it’s not. It’s copied from a password manager and works just fine when logging in. Can’t use fingerprint or any other iPhone biometric method to log in—an inexcusable omission. Needs Touch ID Log in
Gives the details I need, but requires me to type in my password to open it. That’s annoying when I’m running around trying to get the the next stop.
The Tripit app gives me the same setup but I don’t have to login to see the info.tcline4
Ticket change & updates
This app was a lifesaver I was able to track my flight changes and the app has the numbers for sato to make changes during your tripRhenson50
So far not impressed
I was advised to get the app by the company. Registration was difficult and my flight information was not automatically populated like they said it would be. When I added my confirmation number I still had to manually enter each flight detail. Hopefully it will improve.Xplicit1969
Almost great app
Overall no major issues—app seems to work fairly smoothly. Only complaint is that the login process is a bit cumbersome. Would have given five stars if there were a way to store password or enable facial recognition.hojobob
Real time data
This app provides real time data for all flights. My flights was delayed and every time the status changed, I was informed immediately which allowed my to make quick decisions that would affect my connecting flights. I enjoy the easy access and quick notifications. It’s great!Living for Jesus Sarah
Has Potential But Needs Staff Training
I downloaded the app and didn’t really know how it worked so I manually uploaded my itinerary. It seems after the tickets are confirmed the itinerary is auto populated in the app but the agent I worked with on the phone didn’t know that information and said they hadn’t received training on the app and didn’t know how to advise me.Show lessaskejd127484
No frills but useful
It does what it’s intended to do. The password manual input is probably the only negative, but it’s an annoying one. Overall, really useful for official travel.toejamjimmy
A must for frequent DoD travelers!
I just discovered this application on accident and truly regret not finding this sooner! For any regular and even non-regular DoD travelers, this app is a must-have.
My only complaint is the login process - it logs out in-between uses, and it doesn’t allow stored passwords or facial recognition. This would be a 5-star app if it offered cached passwords or password recognition.
Another feature that I think would be beneficial is if you could link this to the CWT SATO itinerary request process to this application.Show lessBill Mac 8
