  • Houston, tHere is a problem.

    1) app is not synched with website. I can log in on website, but app tells me there is an error.
    2) even though I have an upcoming trip, it says I done.

Definitely something broken and SATO has enough issues that need this app working.
  • Good but needs some improvement

Layout and use is good, needs FaceID for login. I get logged out every time I close the app for more than a few minutes and the login process is doesn’t offer automatic password input. Last night, the app did not show my next upcoming trip in the My Trips list. It showed I had no upcoming trips making me believe the trip did not get ticketed. This morning, everything is back.

  • Great App/logon Needs work

App is informative and does a great job at pulling information together but having to manually logon on every time I use the app is ridiculous. Highly recommend/request you use/allow facial recognition.
  • Govt cell

If you’ve got a government cell that lets you access your email; this app is a must! Allows you to view your travel data on your outlook calendar, game changer for me while traveling.
  • It’s good when it works

As stated, it’s good when it works. Biggest issues are as follows:

Password reset, creation, and verification are finicky. They should be explicit with their rules, as passwords that conform to the written word are still rejected. God forbid you actually have to reset your password, in which case you’ll be lucky if it works.

Logging in via mobile shouldn’t require the full password every single time. Please include biometric support, pin, 2FA, or something else that doesn’t require a complicated password on a small mobile device.

  • Garbage app

Your app is garbage. Tried to create an account and I’m immediately met with “you need to change your password to login.” Fine, I go to the change password page. I type in at least 15 different password combinations, all of which conform with the password policy and I’m met with the same message: “password does not conform with policy” or “cannot use the same password used previously.” I literally just signed up; how can I have used those passwords before? I’m using passwords that I’m coming up with off the top of my head that I’ve never used in my life. So I try to change it using the desktop and I’m greeted with the same crap. So it’s not even worth it. Your app is garbage, your website is garbage. If vulgarity could be used to express my disgust, I would be using it. -5 stars

  • Overall Pretty Good

It’s great to finally have access to your DTS information on your personal cell phone while traveling. Also, great to have a dynamic itinerary that updates as you are forced to make changes. It’d be very helpful if it kept you logged in for a longer period of time. It’s frustrating that it kicks you out when you switch out of it for a short amount of time.

  • Disgruntled customer

This is a horrible app, offers zero functionality, I downloaded this app in the hopes being able to coordinate travel at a reasonable price on my own, the only thing this app offers is the ability to check flight status, leaving you still dependent on SATO to make all arrangements. The current functionality of this app offers no value to the customer.

  • Still reviewing

The awareness of this app was sent out to my organization last week. Since I have a trip coming up I’ll provide a full review afterwards.
Initial review: Finally a great idea! My DTS itinerary was pulled into the app. Wanted - ability to: secure login with fingerprint or other means (have to type in a password each time which might be limited by my CIO); add additional itinerary info such as a hotel that I had to do outside of DTS; and electronic boarding passes (I thought this was a feature, but not that I can tell).

  • Functionality Needs Improvement

I attempted to add an email address multiple times after logging into the app. An email with a hyperlink to verify the update was then sent and asking for the app password. The verification failed even though I clearly had the correct password because the update was initiated from within the app.
Additionally, trips booked in DTS don’t automatically populate in the app, and the app doesn’t give clear directions on how to import the trip. It defeats the point of having the app if there’s an interface problem with DTS.
