Crashes on startup and poor support
I need this app to travel for work after switching from a previous vendor. Both website and app have technical issues and it is not possible to book travel. The app crashes immediately on startup. I’ve had a support case open for several weeks and there has been little to no progress with the only emails I’ve received from them have asked me to install the newest version. The version advised from their side was not the correct one and I had already highlighted the version I was using in my first support email.

Need Booking Ref added
App is ok but staff need booking reference when using the chat and not able to locate this in the app. Please add this to to trip details.

Barely Functional, Slow, Horrible UI
Whenever you try to book a trip through this app, it always says an error occurred of some kind while at the same time, somehow successfully booking the trip, sometimes. It really is just a gamble.

Major technical issues - app loses connection
The chat feature is basic and made useless by the fact that the app loses connection when you are on the move. Whilst your other apps, web browsing or media streaming apps work perfectly fine, the chat feature just disconnects, sometimes for long periods of time (e.g. 2 hours).
Chat function not working
The chat function communication is very poor does not update while in the screen. Need to click out and back in.
No Valuable Functionality
I was hoping this would give me the ability to manage flights when there are long wait times on the phone. There’s no functionality in the app to make changes, and it sends you directly to the chat. I ended up getting queued for an agent and after an hour, the app disconnected the chat due to inactivity and made me start all over. There’s nothing in the app that I can’t already find in an itinerary or directly on the airline/hotel sites, and the poor responsiveness on the chat makes this a waste of time.

No results
I thought it was the worst travel app ever, and after updating, it becomes even more worse. My flight search always gets no result. Using booking.com, I immediately get fight search results. Why? Because the departure flight flys 1140am, arrives 1250pm, thus it doesn’t fall into morning nor afternoon categories, so it simply tells me no flight. Can I select whole day? No there is no way to select the whole day searching.
Is there a competition of worst and dumbest app? This app will definitely be number one in the competition. Good job guys.

App Broken
Recent app update made this app useless and unable to login.
The online customer support admitted error but unable to provide timeline for a fix. This is a PO issue is expect much quicker turn around.
It really highlight the lack of customer focus that is genuinely disappointing. I would of expected better from AMEX !

Useless
Doesn’t allow me to plan or modify travel. Chat support is worthless. I’m better off texting my 10 year old and having them log into my account to rebook me.
Can’t tell what’s more disappointing, the technology investment or the personnel helping the traveler. The most urgent requests during business hours are replied to after business hours, giving me answers a day late and with a fee for them not acknowledging until after hours with a “see gate agent” reply.
