Love the new AMEX GBT app. Setting up an account was a breeze. Easy navigation screens and instructions. And love the little plane that goes by waiting for email confirmation. Highly recommend it!

Crashes continuously
Can’t even logon. App keeps crashing.
Poor functionality
Curiously, for an app intended for business travel, it cannot access a trip arranged by a secretary who (naturally) uses their own e-mail address in addition to the traveller’s e-mail. Apparently the system can only tolerate one user.
Presumably it works if only you arrange your travel?

Useless app
This is a useless app. It cannot preload trips that are booked is in American Express Business travel tools like TREX.
Great app
This is brilliant. What a great addition to my travel toolkit. Let's me check-in without the hassle of booking references, gives me updates before even the airlines can. Allows me to track my own team. Mapping is cool as is the chat and click to call features. Well done GBT a real bonus

Was hoping to book trips. Nope. Just archives current & past bookings. Big deal...
