We love the convenience of the app…when it works! We’ve had problems again almost this whole week. We jumped through many hoops and tried all the suggestion but to no avail. Seriously the setup was very straightforward. The rules could have more options, e.g. notify if opened after 10 pm or I wish it had an option for “notify if the beam is crossed after a certain time” (I’m all too aware that it’s trivial to break into the garage and even manually override the door opener, but having the option to receive notifications that someone has crossed the threshold would be a good security option.Show lessDsastray
Nice app; need version for Apple Watch!
I like this app a lot; it has great features, and if I ever have more than one garage door opener, I will really love this this app.
I’m withholding one star because I would greatly benefit from a version of the app for the Apple Watch. It would probably be my most used app on the watch if I had it.Show lessNikon_Phil
Future improvements
For the most part, I like the app.
one thing that I would like to see is an option for multiple homes. we have multiple Airbnb’s. Each Airbnb has 2-3 doors. so I would like to categorize each garage door into homes.
Another thing I would like to see is a way to put my garage doors in the order I want. right now the garage door I use most is very last on my list long list of doors.Show lessJL mom5
Good but a Suggestion
Everything works well with the app and garage door. Please build in an option to remind you if your door is open past a certain time. I would hope there would be a notification that would display if the door was open past a defined time by the user. This would be a great safety feature for users. Thanks!Show lessColonelForbinsWife

Great app for controlling garage doors with your phone. One suggestion, please include a customizable notification which tells the user when the garage door has been open for a selected number of hours or an alarm if it is open past a certain time at night.DVKeys
Excellent garage door companion app. Just works, as it should.
We it 20x a day. For Primary and rental properties. It just works. Nice home automation integration options too. Seems definitely feels like a competent tech team is behind this app, unlike so many home control device app providers.Super Kevlar
Good app, but notifications don’t work
Loving the flexibility of the app and the ability to monitor the state of my door.
I am having issues with the notifications not showing up on my phone though. I have everything configured in-app and in my iPhone settings to where I should be seeing banners and badges, but unfortunately nothing is popping up.

Very good app but could be better…
The app works exactly how you would envision it would work however, the design can be approved upon if it is added to Apple CarPlay or Google/android car, operating systems. This evolution would enhance the experience, the driver would not have to use his phone directly to open the garage doors in a vehicles equipped With smart interfaces. Families that are making purchases of new door openers with a smart home car interface might be inclined to purchase your product.Show lessthe lesser version!
Version 6.0 Needs Work
After upgrade to v6.0 all notifications just stopped working. This was because doors while being listed had “not configured” errors when trying to open/close. Ended up deleting both doors and setting them up from scratch. This seems like an overkill for a version upgrade.
