I love the App and the product but could you please figure out how to have a pet setting.
Open the door 6” for those of us who have cats that we like to keep in safely at night and let them out without have the door all of the way open.

Love the convenience of the app
I love the convenience of the app! Basically no complaints except the fact that it popped up a review the app notification as soon as I opened the app to open the door. Not at all a safe time or way to ask for a review. I wish it synced up with Siri so I could tell it to open the garage door which would make it much safer to use as well.
I do like that I can share access with my adult kids as well as access to allow a service provider to access my home. That has come in handy numerous times!Show lessTerri Simons Blackman
Convenient but….
This works great but it would be nice if you could get a notification if you left your garage door open and be able to pick a time for how long it’s been open before you get a notification. Other than that it’s amazing.Layne G
Watch and carplay
The app is very good and easy to use I hope you add it to apple watch and carplay as it will be way easier to open the door specially in dark or if the fob battery is too weak to open the doorAhmed Elsahn
Awesome app to door integration
The app works perfectly with the door open and close functionality. It’s very user friendly and works 100% of the time. The close and open alert notification helps for safety.Guru0909
Service
Needed immediate attention to a faulty door which was half closed and not working. Overhead door sent someone out the same day to open the door and then sent a technician the next day to repair the faulty door. Stephen Miller did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, presenting our options and finalizing the repairs. We were more than pleased with the knowledge and professionalism. The app works great but…..
Tried to send an email through the app but the email address was incorrect and got back an error message saying undelivered. Which concerns me. The app developers need to go back to school.
Second I can’t find help anywhere regarding whether or not the App works with SIRI. I guess it doesn’t. Which brings me back to the last sentence above.

Adding additional users
The FAQ talks about adding users in account settings, however, those options don’t appear to show up in the iOS appbhgibb
Great just one suggestion
I love this app. I use it every time I come home. I just was hoping you made it so that Siri could open the garage or you could add it to Apple Home.

The app is great. Tons of things you can do to itch it. One thing I think would be nice would be the ability to turn the light on and off without opening or closing the door.TimD3825
