Very nice feature. I have an odd OCD, so I constantly wonder if the garage is open. This happens while I'm work, so I can just check remotely and ease my mind.Krindsay
Not updating
Since the update last week, the app won’t update or work at all. It has my door status as “open” for the last 12 days. I can’t update information or even log out. When I try to use the Email option for customer service, it comes back undelivered. I still get notifications when the door opens or closes, but - other than that - the app is virtually useless now. Just stopped working
Been using with my garage for a couple of years and now just stopped working. Reinstall of app does not work. Won’t allow your to sign up a new account.Monkey Stamper
Junk
Stopped working after 5 months and hasn’t worked since. Call customer service weekly minimal then have to wait for a call back hours later. Still doesn’t work. Sent it in to the company after a dozen calls explaining the problems. They sent it back and it still doesn’t work. Complete garbage and horrible customer service. Not so happy with the app today
Great app. Haven’t failed me once, except for today. The app has been down all day. I’m in a spot where I depend on this app to get in my house. Didn’t work this morning. App says give it 30 minutes. 13 hours later, still doesn’t work. One star for today.justenouph

Shortcuts App Link is Broken
When you create a shortcut in the apple “Shortcuts” app to open your door it will automatically know it wants to operate your garage door. When you try to utilize the shortcut you hit an error. Definitely a big quality of life feature that needs to be fixed.Mal d

An audit feature would be nice to see when the door was open and closed on a historical basis to see an audit log of when the door is open and closedL!cK!t
