Horrible app especially after using Crumbl
How hard can this be? It’s an app to order cupcakes but it is so frustrating to use! I pick a day and time for pickup and it shows 2/5 at 1:45pm but below it, it shows 2/6 and wants me to pick a date but doesn’t show any times even though above it shows a day and time.
Sprinkles I love your cupcakes but this app is just horrible. Crumbl app is SO easy! Please look at their app and go back to the drawing board on this app. It’s 2022…. no excuse to have such an awful and non user friendly app.Show lessChris_sk8

App no longer works
I have been trying for a few days to open the app. It won’t let me log on. I can access everything else but the log in. I wanted to use my birthday reward. So sadAuntiemegge
Unable to do anything
I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. I logged out of it and now cannot log back in. I just wanted to add things to my order that I’ll need picking up tomorrow!Acai Baby
Authentication failed = app fail
Kept getting the same fail despite logging out AND deleting/reinstalling the app. How about we take some of the COIN from these OVERPRICED cupcakes and FIX this app!!dpastorin97
App is broken
This app used to be great. Simple and easy to use. Their most recent update has rendered this app completely useless. Upon opening, it gives an error message: “authentication failed”. So I logged out and logged back in, getting the next error message: “forbidden”. I tried deleting and then redownloading the app. Still the same errors messages occur. I updated my phone to iOS 15.0.2. Please fix! I love the last double stuff Oreo cookie cupcake. I would like to be able to still use the app in the future to place my orders please!Show less

It beyond annoying and frustrating how there is no way of switch date after already making a selection...and this is before the order is even finalized.iJinjing
