Antiquated and Buggy
I would think Sprinkles might pick a developer that was more innovative that would create a lighter, better interface in general.Domtx
Clunky UX
-The checkout button doesn’t work (tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but it didn’t change anything)
-Word choices for buttons are confusing
-Layout is confusing. They’d be better off if they had menu icons at the bottom. The top right menu icon changes depending on the page which is inconsistent.
-Button and element spacing is strange. Not the best mobile design. Ex: next button text when checking out is so close to the bottom so it is hard to press without hitting apple’s nav bar at the bottom of the page.

Combined payment options do not work
Been trying to make an order on the app to use a gift card that I received and pay the remaining balance using my credit card... I tried 5 different times and canceled the order out of frustration. The error says “the sum of your selection payment methods must equal the order amount.” The app automatically allocated the amounts, so this is a bizarre error message... disappointedShow lesssarah 2019

I love this app
It’s was so easy to work and I have never had a problem with having to go and wondering where my cupcake is. Plus the cupcakes are so tasty and flavorful.CristinaRodC
Not a serious app
Yeah, the app supports online orders for pickup and delivery. It does NOT meet the modern bar for digital experience.
Building a box of assorted cupcakes? The one is out of stock. We’re not even open yet, but it’s out of stock.
Buying cupcakes separately? Yeah we all of a sudden have that cupcake. Still not open.
Want to spend 10 minutes painstakingly picking out an assorted dozen only to find out that location isn’t currently accepting orders (or delivery isn’t available)? THIS is you app!Show less@nonymous

Seriously if you’re going to require people to order through the app… Which is completely fine with me… You better make sure that there are no bugs and orders can be traced been created quickly and efficiently… Took me three tries to enter credit card in and it should at least show the proper amount of orders I have… Painful experience. Cool app
I see some people have some issues with the app, but they are mostly resolvable! Due to the pandemic, you can only order online for pickup/curbside delivery (or a 3rd party). When you place your order, I suggest waiting around 5-10 minutes before calling their pickup line — How else do they know you are outside waiting for your cakes? Obviously if your order is larger, I would give them a little bit more time for ASAP delivery. The safest bet is to place the order online for a specified time the day before or a couple of hours before just to make sure your order will be ready. The only problem with the app is the checkout button & sometimes the birthday rewards do not redeem. Guest services can help you then.Show lessGraceCinna
