Should be easier
Buying 5 cupcakes should be easier. I watched 2 other families give up while I entered my data again and again. No integration with the Apple wallet autofill feature integrated with iOS. The app requested my phone number a few times, and then failed to mention my cupcakes were on a special table inside the building. I Stood for 15 minutes waiting and then waiting and then I asked “where are my cakes?”— oh she said, let me get them for you.Show less_z man
Easy app
Love how easy the app is to place orders, just one suggestion, wish there was a memo box or just a little section where we can leave description or comments we might have when placing orders. But other then that pretty simple and easy to use.Harleen28
Curbside delivery inefficient
The cupcakes are very nice as usual however it did take 17 minutes to have my order handed to me after I had to move my car from the store front in Palo Alto because the scheduled delivery took too long. I had reasons to have opted for the curbside delivery instead of waiting in the front of the store. After I told the employee what happed he did NOT apologize for the delay or the inconvenience. REMOVE the curbside option if you can’t handle it. ThanksShow lessIrritada2020"

Missing Perks
I love Sprinkles, however my phone number is not linked to my perks account in the app. I give them my phone number when I order in person or over the phone but i cannot update or add my number in the app. I get an error saying my number is being used already. I feel I’m missing lots of perks/rewards because we go there often because I have a Gluten allergy and Sprinkles is one of the only places I can get a yummy treat. Account settings
I am unable to update my account settings. I am able to edit my name but it won’t let me edit my birthday which won’t let me save any previous changes. It makes the workers upset when I call for my pickup and my name isn’t on the receipt. Please fix!!stu_dying
