We went to an eagles game. And there were at least 20 of us not knowing where to dock our bikes before the game. I called and the only solution was to ride FAR FAR AWAY. WHICH SOURED OUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCENurse stan

I got a rail pass for 72 hours for that much and I don’t do anything.

So close yet so far
This has so much potential, and when it’s working it’s wonderful! But every once in a while some issue arises that completely sours the experience. Just today I started a new job. I planned on renewing an expired monthly pass I was using before to ride a bike home. Unfortunately, the app decided to not allow me to renew. I even tried multiple phones and browsers. No error code or anything, just won’t work. Currently I’m soaked in sweat after walking home for an hour in 97 degree heat. Not fun. Might as well buy your own bike. I know that’s what I’m going to do.
The promise of a service like this is so incredible, but if they keep making mistakes like this then they’re going to lose users.Show lessKris_ETR
Don’t bother
I don’t ever write reviews but do yourself a service by saving your money. $20 for a monthly membership and $8 extra for a 41 minute ride. That’s a rip off. It’s not worth it. You’re better off walking.themyschic13
The app. It’s slowly becoming a headache
Love Indego always will.
You need to be super attentive with the app and where the bikes are. Since I changed to iPhone the bike map is erratic and unreliable even if you patiently wait for it to update.
I blame Apple more because w android I never had a problem.hrhrhdheh

I was visiting Philadelphia in the last week and I bought a day pass from this company I did two rides on the same day one to go somewhere and one back, 5 days later I was charged $500 for the disappearance of the bike. I got in touch but I've never seen so much unwillingness to try to resolve whatever my issue was. DO NOT USE THIS APP. they act with bad intentions and then you are the same as i feel now, robbed and deceived.
