Easy; helpful App
I’ve been looking for an App to help me take stock/inventory of all the items in my pantry. KitchenPal has made this task really easy. Love the fact I can easily upload my pictures and update the nutritional values on the items and a KitchenPal will tell me if this is a healthy option. Once I have finished updating my pantry, this will help me to use the items that I already have on hand and keep the rotation going. Love this App. 🙂Show lessSoniaZ-Vic

Love this app…it really helps in keeping track of my kitchen, the bar code scanner works great and the Shopping List is integrated with the Pantry and items get added automatically making grocery shopping and meal planning a breezemugdhaj

I had concerns about the app but was contacted by them on how to navigate the app. I am once again hopeful it will be worth the 24.99 for lifetime. Just started. But so far I love this app!!!!
I’ve just begun scanning and inputting my pantry. So far it’s great. And.. Already seeing some recipes come up with just a few basics from pantry and spices. Looking forward to continue to learn to use and keep up with food expiration dates. Also, stop getting double items in pantry and going bad. Love this app so far!!!Show lessadavila55
Problems and not technical support
Hi
I am impressed with the app and its performance. However, the shopping list is not shown on the other devices connected to my account, and trying to get technical support is impossible because the message has not activated the send command. If you try to attach a picture, you lose the message because it closes automatically.
I copied the technical support address on my email and sent a message to communicate those failures, but after three days, I didn't get any answer.
How can I solve those problems?
I hope to get some answers through this review.

I only have one complaint. If you have two or more packets of one product, you can only add one date but apart from that, this app is perfect. Thank youZoeTheCupcakeQueen

Hi! Thank you for using KitchenPal! :) Regarding your feedback, if you wish to add the same item (separately), you can do that by entering the item and changing the expiry date (or storage space). Basically, the app consolidates the product/item only if both the assigned storage space and expiry dates are the same. Our team is also working on giving our users the ability to create multiples of another item as they open a package (for example 24 pieces of toilet paper).
