Won’t even send a wifi signal
Downloaded the app. Installed the opener. Try to add the opener to the app and follow the installation instructions on the app and doesn’t even send a wifi signal to connect to. This sucks and I am ultra disappointed with this. Please fix itLini09
Cant find any wifi networks around.

App has crashed several times in the past, but now seems to be down indefinitely.
Ryobi, you sold me a GDO with a working app. Not my fault you lost the lawsuit for patent infringement. You’re still in business so support the app!

Barely WAS working. Now it’s not at all.
This app and door opener were fantastic when I first bought them 5 years ago. But the app started to fail as Google and Apple updates there OS’s. Most apps adapt without issue. Sadly this seems to be the type that needs to be removed from the App Store and the Google play store. Shame, it WAS once a great product.Show lessJustine1973

App Sucks
The garage door is great, quiet and reliable. The accessories however are some work to keep connected but by far the worst is the app which not infrequently logs you out and will not log back in. When you finally give in and request a new password it fails as well requiring you to drive some distance to your folks place where the clickers and mirror based remote and garage door keys all sit in your car causing great frustration and extra miles and expense.

My rating is below zero. I have had this app over two years. It says it has made improvements but I haven’t seen any difference. It will work about two times and then I have to delete and reinstall. I will not be buying any more Ryobi products in the future.81rider
